It's true that RM has a track record of delivery with GM, based on their limited website information.

Still utterly ridiculous to have what should be a main market listed company acting the way it is.

I guess Olaf backs Lunn so RM is still an outsider.

Had GV delivered their deal when needed back in July/Aug 2024 and cleared those USA debts the whole narrative here would be 100% different to what it is. Oil production would have been resumed, revenues being earned and expansion completed.

Now PPP plc is more or less a shell company without any obvious assets of its own.

I was wondering what happens after the accounts to March 2024 are published, will PPP simply be put back into suspension again for late accounts for periods still unreported?

RM has not delivered on anything to date

Our CEO who joined in January was responsible for the GV deal he signed with ppp last summer to pay off PPP USA debts. That never happened and sits 100% with Robert menzel as he should have delivered.

Does GV (ie RM) have any real credibility here?

Lunn wasn't there when GV (ie RM) signed the deal to take over all of PPP's debts last Summer.

According to the latest RNS release, that deal did not progress.

Surely that must raise a red flag with regards to the credibility of the original contract that GV (ie RM) signed up for.

What has global vision and menzel actually delivered? All this endless lunn commentary is pretty much avoiding the failure of Global Vision to stand up to their deal. Menzel has failed to deliver on his commitments re previous rns releases . If GV had delivered on their promises would this BB be so volatile, I think not . Fact iss that GV and Menzel have done nothing in 12 months .

Think on before posting about lunn stealing the company, he is a creditor to ppp . What has menzel actually delivered in any way whatsoever other than broken promises.

I won't comment further until the next rns and prospectus is released.

Until these new Ordinary Shares are issued, the Company has a debt obligation to the contributing shareholders/lender, and it is currently in default of its contractual obligations to them.

Vote No is voting to take the company down because of the actions of Ex Co Secretary, Lennigas and Evans.

Lunn is simply trying to get his money back so no doubt he feels pretty conned out of his cash here that he lent the business back in the day. Not that I agree with his tactics or his actions here but let's face it, there are no morals in this, it's just business. How long has Lunn had his money tied up in PPP plc? A hell of a lot longer than most here for sure.

Voting Yes is voting to accept the new reality here, Lunn didn't create this mess, EVANS and Co did.

I can only imagine bills were not being paid to third parties in the USA to operate rigs etc so all works stopped March 2024. Plus licence holders not being paid either.
