Where's that previous letter showing various 3rd party shares, I though that summarised Lunn's arm's length holdings (ie via other vehicles and not in his own name). It's very seriously confusing with all the claims/counter claims of what Interests Lunn might have here.

You could look at many Pharmas out there who receive financial grants/backing to develop their offerings, all before Sales.

Plus many AI start ups can significant attract funding/interest at their pre-revenue levels.

I imagine the UK Govt would be quite keen to work with the likes of Defence to actually collaborate on the development what they actually want or have seen re it's capabilities. That could see significant Govt funding provided.

Markets are full to the brim of companies trading without any sales....Oil and Gas, Mining, Pharmas, AI businesses just to name a few.....quite ridiculous for posters to attack this one based on incomes alone.

Plenty of Govt contracts can be awarded to new businesses across all kinds of sectors and Govt has committed to investing in UK start ups and AI businesses.

Whatever way you look at it, this is now s.hit sandwich for all involved. There are no winners here.

Lunn will look to realise any cash he can as fast as he can but even he knows shares will be almost worthless going forwards, hence why the CLIN has been brought in and why GV haven't honoured their deal, why would they, they know what's coming here.

Only way this has any chance of delivering for shareholders is if the Directors bring in new specialists at the Executive level and use the CLIN monies to create a new business entirely. The company prospectus that has to be issued very soon will provide clarification in these matters.

But we can forget all the talk of 30p etc etc, 3p if we are lucky if the prospectus doesn't details a whole new business and new management coming in.

That's what too many here failed to understand.

Lunn doesn't want the shares so he can sell them, he wants the shares so he control things and then get paid the debts owed to him paid off by the CLIN.

It was never about him making money from being a shareholder here, it's about him getting his money back that he lent to PPP.

I left it yonks ago...too many there who can't handle the truth or reality.

Realism is a word they do not understand or want to hear.

Fact is that GV/RM has done nothing in a year and PPP shares rose from sub 1p to 10p+ on the back the RNS confirming the GV deal which failed to happen.

No operations in over a year

No Assets

Plenty of unpaid debts

Anyone blaming Lunn for this mess is deluded, this was all home grown by Lennigas and Evans and then compounded by RM not standing up his side of the deal.

I trust none of them inc Lunn
