I would assume operational updates and future plans and prospectus would be announced closer to relisting time, Just in my opinion. ❌

I don't know if we will hear anything today but my gut instinct says we will have news today because surely the GM won't go ahead if the No votes won? So far the meeting is still on. ✅

I think your description of the ambulance man had far too many letters although it did begin and end with the correct letters at least

That's a significant red flag yet again the company confirms that they cannot sell enough product.

Any monies put in these should be seen as a pure binary bet that the company can secure a deal with a partner to fund it into 2026 because incomes alone won't deliver anywhere near enough.

Its a gamble but then so is just about every other small cap in UK markets these days.

At least the management have been honest here.

Don't forget the GV deal was never using GV cash but monies from third parties so it looks like they did not deliver on that leaving RM with nothing to bring to the deal hence no operations since last spring.

Lunn is prepared to convert the $5 million petroquest loans to shares . That should be enough to keep him very interested in the future of the new Co coming here.

Petroquest $5million loan was due to be repaid by 31 December 2024. That's cash not shares and is still owed . For lunn to accept shares instead of cash is high risk strategy unless he can turn PPP into a new Co which I believe he will .

Some can't see beyond their noses in these matters and have no appreciation of how this all came about.

Instead they attack lunn as the villain when he is a victim like the rest of us here.

Try to understand business and stop being so blinkered.

People like lunn think they will live forever so he could be working on a new Co deal via gem as RM has not delivered. Could be that gem told lunn get the historical debts cleared show commitment by becoming a significant shareholder and they will fund the business going forwards.

Right now lunn seems to hold all the cards whether we like it or not IMO.

Until the new prospectus is published the existing business looks like a debt laden company that needs a complete reset as GV haven't delivered on their side for whatever reasons since July 2024.

Some will blame lunn with his history being so poor which is fair comment.

Just looks like investors will take a huge haircut here to clear debts and finally have something that's viable.

Accept the dilution as the price to pay for the misleading rns updates and failure of GV to honour their deal signed last summer and look at what the new Co can deliver next when debts are cleared

Yes vote = debts cleared and gem funding for new Co PPP as a clean new company and new opportunities.
