Over the years I have attended plenty of AGM even got invites to meet execs at their offices and kept great Comms with various senior execs over long periods. Even got invites to presentation at an awards ceremony by one CEO . Politeness and clear but effective communication always works, confrontation never does.

UK High Court debt still owed even though Lunn actually negotiated a repayment plan but that plan would have been subject to PPP actually having cash to repay those debts over time. The UK debt has not gone away and still needs to be settled, if PPP cannot honour its commitment then the creditors WILL take them back into court again. Not aware that Lunn has any connection with that debt in any way whatsoever but I would not be surprised if Evans might be connected in some arms length arrangement.

I see the anti Lunn campaign continues here.

Some people just don't understand the reality here and would rather keep the status quo re shares in issue and have a big % of Nothing that sees the company defaulting on in debts in the UK and the USA and then continuing in suspension until the debtors pull the plus, go legal to chase any monies (if there are even any) leaving everyone with FA.

What about the next set of accounts due to be published if those audited accounts take us to March 2024 are we not in danger of going right back into suspension if no further accounts are issued asap?

Then again, we can't even establish PPP's actual financial year any more so what actual accounts will need to be issued next?

Logic suggests accounts to 30 Sept 2024 followed by accounts to 31 March 2025 but we don't know if April -Jun is Q2 or Q1 any more?

What clarifications will tomorrow bring or will we see get updates that as usual leave us with far more questions than answers.
