RE: Nothing to worry about7 Jul 2025 09:11
Affrm,
New Uncle you keep mentioning sub 1 p SP a lot. It's like your trying to push something?
> Push what exactly? It's a fact that PPP was trading sub 1p before the GV deal RNS was announced and that nothing has happened since or you going to try and spin a difference agenda there?
Look at the end of the day the GM was a fail for Lunn. He wanted shares and fast! Before an AGM!
> Yes but the meeting agreed to delay to the AGM so it's still there to be voted on again.
The AGM is imminent. Nobody can be 100% sure but 2-3 weeks seems to be the time spoken about.
> Pick a day/week/month, as you keep saying you don't trust Lunn on anything anyway so he could have said that just to shut people up on the day.
Let's just see how the AGM goes and then we can start assessing the business in better detail. At the moment it's all about power plays so I'm not sure we are focussing 100% on ppp and it's potential with GV.
> No date for the AGM, no updates from GV so no one knows if the deal is even alive still.
RM is there, he was pretty quiet apparently but that might just be him, a very quiet person. Sometimes those people get on with things better than the people that cause disruption and be loud and brash.
> It was his chance to shine, but he didn't even try.
It is a Main market company, the reason why that's important is when we relist and we do have a strong bod and GV deal etc then the share price will potentially be awesome. Main market players don't mess about. Some of them buys are £100k plus at a time. With our low shares in issue it could quite easily bump the share price up (low shares float) very quickly indeed.
> Main Market listing irrelevant now. Low shares in issue, not for long with GEM funds urgently required.
I think at the moment as zag said AGM next and then we can worry about what comes next.
> So the wait goes on
I wouldn't be surprised if one of the following two things happen:
1) A positive RNS / some sort of prospectus is announced by The company in a last ditch effort to gain votes at the AGM and gain shares (Lunn).
> Prospectus, we shall see
2) a negative RNS is announced a bit like pre Christmas to try and put the fear into everyone such as insolvency fear or admin or whatever!
> More likely than not
Well imho S Lunn would be better BACKING PPP and shareholders and working WITH THEM rather than against them. It would then benefit everyone Inc him. Like this he is making a rod for his own back and losing votes and people lost confidence in him. He's certainly on the back foot imho.
Anyway we have to wait I guess. We should get the AGM RNS next (in theory).
> You cannot have an AGM without accounts issued first. And it's way past time for the results to March 2024, other results are also long over due now.
