Look at 2024 suspension RNs for reference

Results to March 2024 are "imminent" they said it at the adjourned GM so it must be true.

Probably the only time the TGM are saying they actually believe Lunn, but how imminent is imminent in the real world compared to PPP's world where boots were on the ground and rigs ordered to start work a year ago....that was in an RNS along with the GV deal that never happened....

I do wonder if the likes of Affrm realise we are talking March 2024 results, not March 2025......will these ever come out of suspension, not very likely at this rate.

As for 30p etc etc....not a chance but don't worry Affrm will be along shortly in his July 2024 time machine to bring his never ending positive spin to cheer everyone up

OK Zag, the last set of annual results covered the period to 31 March 2024, shares were suspended on 1 August 2024, ie 4 months after the year end

Pennpetro announces that given that the Company is currently unable to meet its ongoing obligations to issue its audited annual financial report, in line with its reporting deadline of 31 July 2024, its listing of its ordinary shares has been temporarily suspended with effect from market opening today, Thursday, 1 August 2024. It is anticipated that the suspension of the listing will be lifted at the time when the Company is able to issue its audited annual financial report.

Can we assume that result to 31 March 2025 are now due but that cirmcumstances haven't changed?

So what will happen on 1 August 2025 I wonder?

And I haven't even considered the 6 monthly results that are nearly 10 months overdue.
