Hmmmm....so basically if the other execs don't act to remove Lunn then yet another letter will be issued demanding they all resign due to their silence and lack of action.

Looks like Lewis has gone to DEFCON1 and if they all fall on their swords and quit then there would be no one left at the executive level.

That would almost certainly mean the company secretary/auditor would resign.

That would be the end of the plc full stop.

Does feel like the Directors here are just not bothered about issuing those March 2024 results at all. Without them, and subsequent results being announced then suspension is likely to remain until the inevitable admin RNS does get issued.

RM remains quiet as a church mouse so not likely he will save us via GV deal.

Even Lunn must have accepted that he won't see any money now as a result and that may be why he has simply given up trying to bring it back.

Hard to call it from here with Directors seemingly happy to do nothing in terms of issuing accounts, are they actively doing anything at all except avoiding having to update their shareholders and therefore avoid being voted out at an AGM.

How long can this situation continue or is there nothing to be done if Directors just do nothing?

An AGM vote to remove Directors, but that usually cannot be held without results as far as I am aware.

No results, No AGM, No voting and stuck with existing Directors.

Hopefully the company will provide an RNS on what's actually happening next, if nothing else it should stop the endless speculative posts here.

Frustrating that PLCs can simply chose not to provide updates without any explanation, really should not be happening in this day and age.

Check in today to see nothing new whatsoever was posted by anyone in that time, just endless circular arguments about the delayed accounts (yawn) and getting rid of Lunn (yawn).

You cannot just force the Chairman out without having someone willing to take on the job and no one has any idea how that could happen here.

People suggesting RM (the Monk) could step up, more likely he would jump ship if Lunn goes as he has done FA to date.
