This is an odd one, mcap tiny, shares in issue very small and yet a regular seller of small value trades each day is dropping the price, looks like the value is there of offer but where are the buyers? Published spread doesn't help though. Why are MMs so trigger happy here?

GEM deal was the last roll of the dice for PPP.

EGM result most likely killed that off.

Anti-Lunn campaign has almost certainly finished this off for good now.

People brainwashed into thinking PPP would resume trading at a premium with only 110M shares in issue are so far away from reality it's beyond discussion with them. They don't want to accept it so attack anyone who isn't posting what they want to read.

Reality was that after GV failed to deliver their deal that PPP had no where else to go other getting a CLIN involved (known as Lenders of the last resort with good reason).

Affrm can post all day that the company has cash (and he will of course), the fact is that they don't and will not have without the GEM arrangement being agreed and right now there is nothing actually in place with GEM.

RM has failed in everything to date so people can add him the long list of dodgy Directors here who issue BS RNS updates.

Guessing Green boxes don't like it so they will attack you rather than the issues being raised which are undeniable to anyone with a grasp on the reality

1 Aug 2024 shares got suspended to no accounts being published for year to March 2024.

1 Aug 2025 is a few days away now so these are not coming our of suspension even if results to March 2024 do get issued.

No AGM or EGM dates so nothing has actually changed despite various claims being made about both.

Looking at cash balance from last results to Dec 2024 they had @£900,000 and more recent RNSs said they invested 40% into crypto ie £360,000 ?

Please feel to correct me if my assumptions don't add up
