And yet here we are on 29 July 2025 and still nothing to confirm the audit has been completed.

Clearly something seriously wrong with the numbers being given to the auditors who still refuse to sign them off.

No one will give money to a company in this situation.

EGM should have been called months ago, too little too late now

StormingNorman - in fact they don't have the £20m. Directors are not allowed to conduct any business except accounts and AGM approval of said accounts as it's been more than 15 months since the last AGM. Therefore the entire GEM deal (which Lunn stated was done but not actually done) is not currently legal - even the agreement of it.
