What are people’s thoughts on the beginning of easing restrictions in China? I would have thought that this would have given then SP a pretty decent boost even though it’s only the start of easing. I would expect there to be a wave of infections there now as their vaccines weren’t great and I’m guessing natural immunity levels are relatively low due to the lockdowns they have kept entering. Long term this can only be good though, no? I’m in RR too so will ask the same over there as I feel these two shares should be helped out by China easing restrictions and presumably at some point then opening up travel again

I wonder when we’ll see them consider a return f the dividend?
All looks good, no??
So what this article is saying is that iag have returned to profit even while BA are still to get their backsides in gear? Sounds good, only means there’s more to come surely??
Realistically and without a mad rampathon, where do people see the sp sitting at the end of summer?
I’m not sure where Heathrow is up to in terms of reopening things. I had an email from ba yesterday to say my flight to Las Vegas has been moved from t3 to t5
This has the potential to be good news, engine choice will be made by IAG closer to the time of delivery. Maybe we can get 14 more orders?
Just read this and came on here to see if it had been posted already. Sounds positive to me
60?! I’m selling tomorrow then and buying back!
I agree RR should probably rebut what JPM have come out with, what they did yesterday was a borderline attack on the company. As others have said, they should be embarrassed to have to cut their own predictions by HALF, it shows the calibre of analysis they churn out to be so wrong
Are you saying ex comes on here and tells lies then, cali?
Tricky isn’t it, £2 would be a nice double of my money but to be honest only have a couple of thousand after buying at 1.27 when that was a peak about 12 months ago, and then thankfully got a chunk about a fortnight ago. So £2 would be a terrific return but really I’d bought to leave for 5-10yrs in the hope that fully recovery from covid plus smr might see quite a bit higher than £2
What does this mean in simpleton terms please?
Not sure, but I’d be pretty happy with a near thousand pound share price
Some good news today

I’ll call them now for 2p a share!:-)
It’s Christmas lunch day?!??
Are we back then?
I’m still struggling to understand this to be honest, I thought Dr K said that it HAD to be published before there could be votes in the gm??
