HE1 Share price chart on 19 Dec 2024 --- was 0.9p.

To drill, co's place stock. It may cause a temp situation and once the overhang clears, the stock

RE-RATES. At one titanium project, the stock was 1p+ but with the initial results, it RE-RATED to nearly 14p.

Placees finance as norm ie their function.

The other Tanzania play quoted in Australia discussed Helium One's results today, 25.1.24 and they gave the % of helium etc. Interesting.

That is before the HE1 RNS today, 25 Jan 2024 ie results.

Close, Thur, 25 Jan 2024 at 0.37p, Mkt Cap £12.62m.

In the title, $102bn was quoted. That was from a Stockbox interview with Georgina Energy's CEO re: IPO.

Since they have 2 projects ie EP 155 with Mosman Oil & Gas & Hussar also on the other side of the formation, I guess $102bn was for 2 projects. However, since I managed to locate just EP 155, the total is around $41.85 US$. For clarity.

My Comment:

I think the potential in-situ values have NOT been upgraded to the spot prices currently.

Georgina Energy potentially wants to list on AIM with 2 projects in the Amadeus Basin ie EP 155 and Hussar, the latter of which is not a JV with Mosman Oil & Gas. Optiva is in charge of the IPO. Mosman Oil & Gas farmed out EP 155, Amadeus Basin , Australia to Georgina Energy with 90% and 10% to MSMN.

In answer to your question: I saw Chilli on my feed and the word Amadeus Basin, Australia drew my interest given I am interested in Australian project given the Tier 1 jurisdiction. So, I have been looking it up and have gone in.

Interestingly, MSMN's CEO also drew attention to MEERENIE OIL AND GAS FIELD, "on trend" to Mosman's EP 145 & EP 155. Meerenie has been producing for 20 yrs per MSMN CEO in today/s presentation and he said Meerenie wants to extract HELIUM from Meerenie. I looked up Central Petroleum on ASX and found in their Aug 2023 RNS, they are in a JV with Americans to use proven MEMBRANE TECH to get the helium. CEO of MSMN cited the % of helium and it would be interesting to know more from MSMN about Meerenie. I am also encouraged that WELLS have been drilled at EP 145 & 155 and the CEO of Georgina Energy's short vid as above is enlightening.

Best of all is the mkt cap of MSMN which is around £1.36m @0.16p. Greenvale's Chair is the founder of PLS and therefore very helpful [EP 145 is a JV with Greenvale Energy , ASX for 75% and MSMN at 25%]. I am not on Telegram and on Twitter I dont tweet about co's. Best wishes, Botham.

COMMENT:

Both EP 155 & EP 145 farmed out to Greenvale Energy of ASX & Georgian [EP 155] are in the AMADEUS BASIN, Australia.

Both are NEAR and "ON TREND" TO THE THE MEERENIE OIL AND GAS FIELD of which the CEO of Mosman mentioned today in his presentation of 24.1.24 in that the Meerenie Oil & Gas Field is undertaking potential HELIUM production etc [please check the vid].

EP 155 is MUCH LARGER a potential at 75 Bcfg vs EP 145 at 26.4 Bcfg.

At the 8:25 mark, EP 145 & EP 155, Amadeus Basin, Australia. The MAP shows the Magee 1 and Mt Kitty with 6 & 9% HELIUM. Outside this field , HELIUM is at 0.22% & 0.15% [all in yellow flag].

CEO, MSMN "believes they are in the right place. Two permits [MSMN -CEO means EP 145 & 155 - well TESTED WITH HYDROCARBONS, infrastructure - DARWIN helium, exported. Hope SANTOS will drill but delayed - drill deep wells in 2024. CEO talks of Greenvale Farmin 75% & MSMN 25% [£7.5m to be spent]. CEO also talks of Georgina farmin EP 155 with MSMN.

Note that the article came out yesterday, 21 Jan 2024 BEFORE TODAY'S EEE 2 RNS's re: Strategic investor & results of the rest of the 35 holes.

Motley Fool appears to be now going with MIDAS's Tip for 2024 of EEE.

Facts:

[1] CISRO: "has extensive experience in assessing mineralogy of UNIQUE ore.

CISRO has been engaged to conduct Electron Probe Microanalysis [EPMA] -nature & distribution of TITANIUM bearing MINERALS. EPMA -particle beam technique. CISRO is a govt statutory authority -science & industry research act 1949.

[2] AXT-state of art laser induced spectroscopy-imaging on HOST rocks & then map out mineralogy residence of TITANIUM within the host rock." From the EEE RNS of 19 Dec 2023.

[3] Andrew Faraghar is the "COMPETENT PERSON STATEMENT" mentioned & he hails from the Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.

For reference, I have looked at RIO TINTO's RNS : "Rio progresses Rhodes Ridge to next study phase."-5 Dec 2023. The COMPETENT PERSON names a few Geo's who also have EXACTLY THE SAME QUALIFICATION as Mr Faraghar. Rio DID NOT HIRE AN EXTERNAL Competent Person. One of the named is M. Judge and from Linkedin, Mr Judge is a GEO WITH RIO with 30 years experience. So, Rio did NOT HIRE any EXTERNAL competent person.

[4] Shard Capital report 19 Dec 2023 - news expected in the New Year. So, RESULTS OF THE MINERALOGY & METALLURGICAL REPORT THAT IS ALSO AWAITED is N O T K N O W N yet. I have seen one ASX co use CIRSO also when they were looking for lithium in a new basin in the NT, Australia.

[5] Motley Fool did not tip EEE as an original tip for 2024 and read up on MIDAS TIP of 2024 @9.3p.

So, Motley Fool's write up at 11p and not wanting to go all the way to PRODUCTION is up to them. Many investors per the LIFE CYCLE OF A JUNIOR MINER can if they wish continue to production but normally, it need not be depending on style of investing. However, Midas tip within days has been up 4p from 9.3p.

[6] Fact is NO ONE HAS THE RESULTS - it is norm that not only independent labs are used to obtain assays but in this case, two more specialists are used ie CISRO and AXT. With such state of art and high tech laser results, it will provide a more specialist report with laser etc as above.

So, until then, one awaits the next news which Shard said will be in the New Year. DYOR. NIA.
