If one reads Hannan's reports on the geology and Tai 1, they said that it was a CHEAP RIG at Tai. But on 1 forum, they downed on Tai and said "duster" and this is why it is important to read Tier 1 brokers reports on the geology and what they said about Tai etc and the "hot spring helium" rather than laymen as norm?

I found the American site for the official American Helium One HLOGF stock forum.

LoL - it is completely FREE of talking about another stock.

It also appears that there are Australian holders of HE1 as the top thread at Noble Helium , the other Tanzanian Rukwa Rift Valley , Tanzania play at HC. So, Noble Helium holders are also interested in Helium One, hence a whole thread on it.

That is also FREE of talking of another stock.

One day BEFORE the results HE1 result RNS as above, the share price was 0.19p.

The funding price was 0.25p.

On 26 Jan 2024 [Fri], the share price went to 0.63p. In the USA, it is higher than 0.63p.

EXAMPLE

From quite a few examples of co's who issue RESULTS RNS eg at Alpala -Cascabel, Havieron, everyone reads the SAME RNS. However, there will be forum views of the RNS. I research the peer and use this as a check etc. So, both at Alpala and Havieron, the share price was at some 1p-2p & 1p+, on the results. Both shot to 40p. Along the way, the usual funding, doom re: results UNTIL majors turn up. Then, NO MORE QUIBBLE and how can there be with a major?

Same here as with others who have gone on to big mkt caps. I am quite SURE that a HELIUM ONE, the results can already be guessed if one is in the industry. Hannan's notes helps with the geology, grade etc re Tai.

I think if one is not confident, one can walk away on the day of the 25 Jan 2024 RNS from HE1 or have already sold.

For those who remain, then , they can also derisk in full, in part , if they wish to and that is their decision.

Yes, of course there is always further de-risking when the next results come out . Who knows if even that will NOT be missed and later to learn that it was NOT correct?

No wonder why co's like Cascabel put up broker reports on their website. If later , it was said this and that, then those broker reports on the geology will mean that it should have been read rather then listen to laymen on geology?

In mitigation, both Finn Cap at admission note & Hannan & Partners via several notes are still relevant as they are about the GEOLOGY, the grades in the industry, the production route etc. GEOLOGY hasnt changed given it has been there for centuries. Even for Noble, the other Australia play, the more recent has them at 67c [Aussie] and A$3.44 when their share price is currently 9 cents Aussie and $28m+ mkt cap. NAV doesnt change for the project. Hannan also mentioned the Oxford experts who are the authority on Tanzania helium. Hannan are London's No 1 investment banker for resources.

As for Haverion, Sprott produced a note but posters were of a different view and the geology was proven right via sprott given Newcrest and now Newmont has a 70% share in Haverion inc Wyloo of Twiggy fame, the richest Australian.

Here, the view is that CONVENTIONAL GAS is wanted but Finn Cap & Hannan says it is "THEMAL SPRING helium" so who is right in the geology. If conventional gas is wanted of which helium is low, then it is not HE1 .

Thank you for pointing and confirming that the RNS from Noble & Helium One are similar ie SHOWS OF HELIUM but in the case of Noble, NO hydrogen.

Joe80 pointed out that this picture of the whole crew [group pic] with the above tweet MAY BE HISTORIC. Why? Joe said that ops does not STOP to take a WHOLE CREW picture given there is a STRING in the rig background . Usually some staff will continue working. Yes, in Noble's case on Twitter, there is no such pic from what I have seen.

DAVID MINCHIN, CEO [former to Lorna] -DIRECTOR'S TALK INTERVIEW

In one of the interviews, he said: HELIUM ONE'S TANZANIA PROJECT: "ONE OF THE WORLD'S LARGEST UNDEVELOPED" and he cited that the CPR was done by SEWELL AND SRK CONSULTING. I have already cited the CPR which was listed in the admission document RNS from Helium One.

Cannacord Genuity had a 21p target price which was cut down to 20 pence.
