To just give an analogy.

Lithium for example is found in HARD rock, clay & salt [& hot springs]. In South America, lithium is mainly in salts.

Now, they want to extract lithium from sea water.

So, in the same way, IF HELIUM is in the SATURATED WATERS [hot springs] in Tanzania [this is from the geology of Tranzania Rukwa and cited by Finn Cap in their note on HE! plus work by Oxford & Durham experts] , it is a matter of depressurizing the helium from the saturation. In simple terms, it is to SEPERATE the HELIUM from the liquid.

Yes, it does matter if this is some big corporation where one looks at director's buys etc.

IF ANYONE IS A LEGEND AND A HOUSEHOLD NAME POSTING ON THESE FORUMS & CONFIRMED BY THIS SITE, then yes, people will sit up and listen. But until then, this is something of a decision to be taken ONLY ON THE RESULTS in the first instance.

Case in point- look at Solgold at Cascabel & GGP at Havieron --all history now given they rose from small mkt caps to large mkt caps. Why? On discovery --the LIFE CYCLE OF A JUNIOR MINER. At this point, on discovery, it will be a different mkt cap. So, YES, it is going to be a guess and everyone has to make their own decisions.

It is well known that the CEO's issue OPTIONS. To be fair and it is commendable that Helium One issued some 33.7m option at 6 P E N C E and close to the mkt price at the time. Lorna has 8m options for 3 yrs at 6p.

Some facts:

[1] Broker target 21p. Then 20p by Cannacord Genuity. [See this page 's icon, broker rating. Still at 20p at Mkt Screener dated 24.1.24 BEFORE HE1 RNS, 15 Jan 2024 of Itumbula TD.

[2] HE1 share price HIT 27p+.

[3] Placing was at 0. 25p . However, share price was 0.19p BEFORE the TD RNS from He1 on 25 Jan 2014.

On the RNS coming out, IT STARTED SHOOTING ie share price to some 0.35p range and the next day further to 0.63p on Fri, 26.1.24. MKT CAP £21.53 MILLION. I am sure folks are not aware that the CITY does not just produce millions for drilling and therefore, they want wholesale price. There is another co that wants to IPO but just cant and I think money is not easy to obtain and well known.

[4] Yes, RESULTS RNS --one has to wait to see.

So, its up to every one what they wish to do. 2 types of people , before and after RNS - both prices can or cant be the same.

That is the state of play. HENCE, WHY I TEND TO DO A LOT OF RESEARCH TO TRY TO NARROW DOWN the

probability and to see what the PEER is doing. But that is my style.

Noble Helium has published its drilling results on 6 Dec 2023 at Mbelele 2.

So, they are one step ahead of Helium One in publishing WIRE LOGGING RESULTS.

Helium One has hydrogen - Noble does not have hydrogen.

So, what is being said is that the SEEPS of the helium = ALL GONE AND ESCAPED?

Even in conventional oil and gas, they look for seeps as they tend to come up in fissures but the reservoir is full so somewhat full as the case may be. That is how the Chinese found oil --and that is how in the South of England, they found the thick tar that seeped out and was used to light lamps in London. Seeps are not plentiful so as everything is gone. That is basic EXPLORATION FACT --type up oil and gas seeps : they indicate oil and gas BELOW SURFACE and potentially IN THE RESERVOIR.

Remember Horse Hill - I dont want to mention names but one chap told the BBC that NOT ONE CUP OF OIL will come out of Horse Hill at Gatwick. Yeah, I recall there were seeps and that was how they knew there was a reservoir.

In the 1st drilling, they tend not to hit the sweet spot but the edge of the field. HORSE HILL HAS BEEN SENDING OIL FROM SITE FOR SOME YEARS NOW AND TO THE UK REFINERY.

"Helium One SUCCESSFULLY completes wire logging & down hole sampling at the Tai 3 well. The Tai 1 & 3 wells seem to indicate that it is the FAULTS & BASEMENT FRACTURES that are RELEASING the HIGHEST CONCENTRATIONS of HELIUM and therefore the co intends to TARGET the West Bounding F A U L T of the Itumbula prospect of the 2ND phase of this drilling CAMPAIGN. The Itumbula prospect is BOUND by 1 OF THE LARGEST FAULTS IN THE B ASIN and this is associated

Note that the Hannam note stated that Tai was shallow and Itumbula RNS stated they REACH TD @ BASIN.

Do folks remember about GKP and how the Founder of GKP found the Shaikan ? He said someone told him that the oil was SEEPING out everywhere. Well, it is FACT that in the RUKWA RIFT VALLEY , TANZANIA, there are seeps of helium. I read an article and saw pictures of where the seeps appeared ie in ponds etc as bubbles.
