Noble Helium of Australia at North Rukwa, Tanzania is going to present today in South Africa [Shaun, Chairman] and then will take QUESTIONS. It was too LATE to check last night but I think from the title it is a FINANCIAL Mining Forum in South Africa. That said, Noble is 1 step ahead of Helium One with results from Mbelele ---IF not commercial as some pundit are trying to say about Noble re: they have saturated helium as well, THEN, will investors be interested , presumably to finance the project?

Noble has just issued an RNS re: above. Keynote speaker will be Dept of Min Resources & Energy, REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA.

NOBLE'S CHAIRMAN, SHAUN SCOTT "WILL MAKE THE PRESENTATION, followed by Q & A where Mr Scott will take QUESTIONS by the participants."

Comment: Very interesting as HE1 is also in the S.W Rukwa, Tanz vs Noble at North Rukwa, both exploring for helium.

This proves the govt is interested in both Noble's and HE1 project - HE1 on Twitter showed pics of Tanz officials on site at Itumbule West during drilling.

Helium One via their Itumbula West drill did GO DOWN TO BASEMENT at the K A R O O.

One poster today gave a link to a South African helium producer and they had 2-3% HELIUM average grade, though some go to 10%. Noble has already RNS recently they have 2-3% helium grade and Rukwa seep are up to 10% helium per HE1.

South Africa also has the KAROO BASEMENT BASIN from recall?

The HE1 results could be POTENTIALLY similar to NOBLE's Mbelele benchmark of ===163m of STACKED RESERVOIR in ===the MIDDLE & LOWER LAKE. Noble's TD was ==763.5M=== vs HE1 at 900M +.

SO, THE EXCITING THING WOULD BE TO FIND OUT WHAT HE1 ITUMBULA WEST [S.W Rukwa] has in the

K A R O O BASEMENT BASIN [900m+ minus 763.5m. Noble NEVER DRILLED DOWN TO THE KAROO & they are located in North Rukwa. The Tanzanian Rukwa Rift Valley is akin to THE SIZE OF FIJI.

Got to wait to see. BEST CASE SCENARIO -HE1's Karoo % helium is much better than 2-13% and here's hoping.

Yes, you are aware. In business, the world's largest helium [green] must have people drooling. Neil Herbert ,Chairman who did the IPO for HE1 was interviewed and he said that the CHINESE were INTERESTED. And he also said that oil co's as well could come. But on this forum, it was said that Chairman's do say such things. Herbert in the same interview was also talking about his other co IRR. Now , hasnt that got a BIG MAJOR IN with money and a good % deal for IRR?

Now , looking at CNOOC in Tanzania, can one not think Herbert was right? Maybe, the price was not right then as its a start up. One is aware when big money is involved , look at the potash in York and what happened. Unfortunately, anything the world's biggest goes that way. MEXICO - SONORA -Ganfeng got it off Bacanora for a good price.

Didnt they say clay tis and that. Well, Mexico govt has now nationalise it as they got a valuation on the project officially at $600bn. Now REM [KDNC] has hired Clifford Chance, a MAGIC C IRCLE international legal firm in London to ask the Mexican govt for compensation. Ganfeng said they are going to sue in the international arbitration court.

So, when it is NO 1 in largest clay deposit @Sonora, watch out. Largest potash in York going out to sea , well major bought it.

As you may be aware, the Chairman Scott of Noble pioneered coal bed seam gas , then a novel idea in Oz.

It was then sold to SHELL for billions. Also, Noble 's 3rd largest shareholder is CEO OF ALBERMARLE, the world's largest lithium producer and also formerly from Lindt which is in gas so maybe with such expertise, I am sure they are cognisant.

They are now so desperate for helium that they have JVed with Americans to use MEMBRANE PROVEN TECH to get the helium as in that field, the helium is not high from what I gather from Mosman. Mosman CEO said even 0.12% can be commercial. Santos is shutting down helium plant as no more helium.

I know that GREEN HELIUM has just been shipped from Arizona and green helium is not conventional gas.

To just give an analogy.

Lithium for example is found in HARD rock, clay & salt [& hot springs]. In South America, lithium is mainly in salts.

Now, they want to extract lithium from sea water.

So, in the same way, IF HELIUM is in the SATURATED WATERS [hot springs] in Tanzania [this is from the geology of Tranzania Rukwa and cited by Finn Cap in their note on HE! plus work by Oxford & Durham experts] , it is a matter of depressurizing the helium from the saturation. In simple terms, it is to SEPERATE the HELIUM from the liquid.
