Obviously, they differ from pi's in that his REM and Sonora are his credentials still --hence post REM, he could still

garner contacts. Now, shareholders of REM say that if REM took over Bacanora at £1, then this disaster would not have taken place at Sonora. Mexico govt reason: Insufficient work done on Sonora -Ganfeng disagrees as they said they put up the road etc. REM Mexico [Cadence ] is doing something about Sonora ie they want compensation. I am sure Clifford Chance has EVIDENCE of the legal type to prove REM's licences/JV's etc.

Kiran said in the interview with Stockbox: They will talk to the Mexico Govt [via Clifford] and says EXPROPRIATION is not in order given the Bi-lateral Treaty and then CAUSATION NEXT. Usually, these two steps must take place before international arbitration ie must approach for settlement. Clifford Chance in London is known as 1 of the legal firms in the MAGIC CIRCLE of which there are only a few firms who are international legal firms. Ganfeng also said they will go the arbitration route [international] but I dont know the latest. LENIGAS thankfully got a SCOPING STUDY DONE [or such like] so there is a VALUATION for REM's side. It is still REM MEXICO as this is the co that holds the licences in Mexico, not the renamed Cadence. LENGIAS --ALSO SHOWED PIC OF HIM AT TESTLA and it was fact that TESLA OFFERED OFF-TAKE TO REM plc.

LENIGAS APPOINTED AS CONSULTANT TO PREM & MACARTHUR MINERALS.

At Prem, he confirmed that Prem's lithium deposit in Zimbabwe was world class and helped CEO re: steps etc. PREM then got a Chinese off-taker and funder for their project and expected to come online shortly.

At Macarthur, it was not a big mkt cap co and therefore NO CONTACTS for their iron ore project in Australia. Macarthur hired LENIGAS as Consultant and the co got OFF-TAKE FROM GLENCORE.

The MST Financial Forum, African Mining & Energy took place in South Africa on 2 Feb 2024. The Minister of Mine gave the keynote & Chairman of NOBLE HELIUM gave a PRESENTATION and took Questions. This was RNS'ed on HC Noble Helium of Australia. The holders of Noble tried to get a hold of the pres --I click & it stated I had to register.

Last night I found it but being late, I could not turn the SOUND ON too loudly. INTERESTING---HELIUM ONE ---WAS MENTIONED by the Chairman of Noble more than once, some 4-5 times. Moreover, in question time, it was professional and Noble was asked what ABOUT HYDROGEN? This is because the money men are aware that HE1 FOUND HYDROGEN.

Also, Chairman of Noble is aware that HE1 HAS DRILLED DEEPER than them ie to basement basin.

Since you said OUR BROKERS WORK ON A SAT IF AN RNS IS NEEDED MON ----ah, you may be in the City at a watering hole as norm. You would be able to know if Liberum works on a Sat like your firm in the City for RNS Mon.

It could or it could not. If Liberum works on Sat, then fine but I am not privy if they worked on it.

Just mentioning it to manage expectations given private investors may have it fixed so one has to be fluid.

Ring and ask if anyone cares to do so.

As I mentioned before, it could be business days. The Nomad has to pass it and no nomad works on Sat or Sun.

The Competent Person must also pass it. Legal Counsel also has to review but I am not sure about drilling results and whether they also have to review. Testing has to be audited. I heard an interview by Zak with Lorna and she said auditing was done on Tai. So, we may have to re-calibrate 7-10 days from 25 .1 .24 via business days.

Since HE1 RNS, 25 Jan 2024 on ITUMBULA, Rukwa, Tanzania [Helium explorer], the share price has risen to 2.2p.

So, NEARLY 10X and the RISES were BIG JUMPS.

Question:

[1] Why no SPEEDING TICKET - from what I understand, any stock that RISES MORE THAN 25% may get an RNS to state the directors KNOW OF NO REASON for the rise.

[2] IF, the HE1 RNS in its initial report of Itumbula pointed to NO and or negative finding , then HOW DID THE MARKET

rise 10x? Surely, it is not just small pi's with small pots buying? I have not checked the size.

So, fast forward, ITUMBULA has been drilled and RNS came out on 25 Jan 2024 and wire logging & sample results awaited. So,the 1st maiden drill was NOT as some would like to mis-term it as Fail. Note that Geo ExPro is a magazine covering the oil and gas industry.

have similar "plans, geology" and are "close to each other" in Rukwa, Tanzania. As I mentioned , Nobel put out an RNS : Quarterly Activities which is on HC, Australian site. It was marked "price sensitive" on HL Noble link.

Posters [Australian ] on HC mentioned that the presentation from the Qtr's stated that Noble is going to seek

"early monetisation" and they reckon this to mean a JV etc , rather than placing. That's how they read it via comments.

So, UNTIL the HE! RNS comes out on the drilling results via wire logging and samples, it is hard to know ---all companies state that results need to be seen first.

DYOR. There is NO value to calculate either as one has no DATA to process yet until it is RNS relating to metres, grades etc. Noble has released results and therefore they have metres etc to be able to know what next ie early monetisation.
