One of the papers that one has to pass in accountancy exams is Business Finance. One of the subjects is "Valuation models." In the USA, on a chat forum, one chat doing his Masters in Business Finance told me he did VALUATION modelling. That would be more advanced.

So, in your saying that RRR share price has not moved - why should it technically move per valuation modelling until the asset to be inputted into RRR [ref: RRR RNS, 2.2.24] is duly evaluated as norm, per Business Finance principles of modelling values?

Projections are already known. I think Noble , the peer at Rukwa has also done some projections from recall.

Fast forward, 5.2.24: "HE1: Itumbula flowed helium of 4.7% to surface."

On 2.2.24, Shaun, Chairman of Noble stated: "WORLD CLASS" at MST Financial Energy Forum in South Africa 2.2.24 in which the Minister of Mines gave the keynote. Shaun, mentioned HELIUM ONE.

Only 2 players in Rukwa for Green Helium ie HE1 & Noble, listed in Australia.

Minchin said they will come in an interview [former CEO of HE1].

Noble is the neighbour to Helium One at Rukwa.

The broker target of 20p for Helium One is dated Jan 2024 [before today's HE1 RNS, 5.2.24 of Helium flowed at 4.7%]

It is dependent on the ASSET that is being pursued per the RRR RNS on 2.2.24.

The 0.35% USA average was cited verbatim from Noble Helium's presentation given their grade is 2-3% at Rukwa, Tanzania where Helium One is near to them. Kindly take it up with Noble if you feel that it is not correct.

Shaun, Chairman of Noble also did a presentation in South Africa at the MST Financial Energy Forum where the Minister of Mines gave the keynote. Shaun did a presentation and Q & A on 2.2.24. Kindly take it up with them.

BEFORE the RNS, the info put out was that the shows [elevated] increased and according to the theory they hoped for was that ACCUMULATION would be at the basement of the basin at the KAROO.

It was my view, that if it was drilled to the basement, there was a good geo chance, it would FLOWED and it DID.

However, I did not want to say it BEOFRE the RNS today which confirmed my view.

HE1 RNS: Helium flowed 4.7% to surface.

Mexico: REM Mexico has already approached the Mexican govt relating to the expropriation of its Sonora lithium project via Clifford Chance, leading international counsel [known as the Magic Circle]. Ganfeng has said they may want to initiate international arbitration but so far no further update. Appears that the Lower House in Mexico has filed a related case and if favourable could overturn the 2023 Reform. Also, the expropriation may cause Mexico to face arbitration cases and the legality of the investment climate. At the Cadence site [new name for REM plc, UK], one poster has more articles on this from Mexico and is similar to mine.

Artemis Resources listed on ASX has just released an ANN [called RNS in the UK] and this pertains to lithium results on Artemis 's 100% ground. Lenigas was the former Chairman. Well, from the ASX ARV Ann: "....large SPODUMENE crystals and may PARALLEL the AZURE MINERALS ANDOVER DISCOVERY."

For those not following the story, Gina Rinehart, Australia's richest woman & Alb has put in a $1.7bn bid for Azure.
