In my understanding of legal procedure: "LOCAL ASSOCIATE" is taken to be in the context of the announcement to be

LEGAL COUNSEL IN THE DRC ACTING FOR RRR.

Called to Kinkasa tomorrow ie Tues, 6 Feb 2024 and in the context of what I quoted verbatim from the RRR RNS today which was released rather late in the day, then in simple English and given the background of the DRC ARBITRATION, does it not mean :

JUDGE IS READING TO READ OUT THE JUDGMENT? AND WITH IT, ANY AWARD PER THE CLAIM?

Is it also not correct that if it is a DECREE NISI HEARING, say, then until the COURT ORDER /Judgement, nothing can be assumed or presumed and therefore a CAVEAT is norm. ONLY UPON A COURT ORDER DECISION, can any award be made, and is that not what is going to happen tomorrow ie RESULT OF COURT HEARING OR IS THAT WRONG?

From my understanding: GERCAMINES, the state own mining authority & miner is holding the AWARD and upon the arbitration award hearing result, can only then release the award to Red Rock Resources.

This is norm given that Gercamines needs a Court arbitration order to release the funds.

I have checked and that is what posters have been posting but kindly correct if wrong, no need to chide.

Comment:

If one were to left out CONTEXT , then it would be not clear. However, is the RNS NOT "DEFINITIVE" enough in that it is stated in the same RNS what is meant by KINSHASA: ".......AND THE RESULT OF A R B I T R A T I O N HEARINGS HELD IN KINSHASA in 2022..."

Definitive isnt it about what Kinshasa is about? DYOR. NIA. Caveats are the norm until the further update.

Forgot to answer Helpful's comment: Yes, China is doing lepidote. Yes, Western Australia is spodumene.

Gina Rinehart is believed by the industry to want to start processing of spodumene in W.A which is currently only done in the main by China. Processing spod is more profitable.

|Helpful: Since you wanted a reply, here it is, short and sweet. If you go to HC in Australia @Artemis, you will see a SCREEN SHOT of the RNS/Ann from Azure's RNS. The GRADES of Artemis are almost a mirror of Azure's. Just on those results, ALB took a stake and Azure is now under a A$1.7bn takeover bid. Australia @Pilbara, W.A is a Tier 1 jurisdiction for mining.

Zim cannot be considered Tier 1 jurisdiction unfortunately. To Zumore, Oxford PhD maths grads showed the statistical chance of hitting favourites in every race at any given race course. For this reason, IF one bet a FAVOURITE for every race at a racecourse , say Lingfield etc, one will lost. Cant get 6/6 strike rate and this is a statistical fact.

Same for majors-Tier 1's are getting more difficult to find. UP TO EACH ONE whether X or Y CEO is offering a Tier 1 potential asset. If not, then avoid. Choosing the right asset is a skill.

I take the point Zumore - Paul Johnson made his fortune from RRR. He only had very little to invest given he is a Chartered Accountant working for an insurance as a Adjustor. Anyhow, with just £12k region, he made his "fortune" [as in money] in RRR when it went to 20p.

From there, ONLY PAUL JOHNSON went from RRR to GGP, to clean up the co ie restructure and hire Gervaise Heddle, an Aussie Fund Mgr. The rest is history - at GGP, they found Havieron, a Tier 1 asset. Ah, Andrew Bell & Paul Johnson were running GGP after their failed drilling at Ernest Giles. Same for Solg- 1 hit at Cascabel and the rest is history.

So, as many major discoveries go incl in Australia eg Sirius - it can go from almost 0 mkt cap to millions and sold for serious $$. I am sure you all know that. Enough from me. I am not here to talk about the past of RRR - I am here for the new chapter of RRR @2.2.24 RNS of Lenigas as Consultant. No need to pump - presure must be there to flow to surface --that is the BEST OUTCOME for any well ie flowed to surface.

Zumore: I have never met Andrew Bell OR David Lenigas.

I only came to know about David Lenigas at REM Plc, which was a shell co , he RTO into. Mkt Cap £1m+ and hit £95m at peak of 2.25p [this is well documented]. So, if one bought just £1,000 of shares at 0.04p in the beginning, then it would turn into something like £95,000.

Lenigas said that it would be taken out if it was world class ie Sonora. It was taken out by Ganfeng at £260m.

Can the same happen here? I dont know to be honest as nothing has yet been announced ie NAME OF ASSET [sector has been announced via RRR RNS 2.2.24]. I dont know as it is not David Lenigas's RTO wherein he is Chairman/CEO.

As you know no details yet. On the other forum, same comment as mine - it depends on WHAT THE ASSET is.

In my view, NOT ALL ASSETS ARE EQUAL. I am interested only IN TIER 1 ASSETS POTENTIALLY.

As in? As in GGP, Solg type asset class defined officially now as Tier 1.

So, David Lenigas is now the Consultant to RRR which is a NEW CHAPTER for RRR , hence we need to know what are the latest for David Lenigas. His latest is Artemis RNS of last night in Australia.

On Twitter, people want to know if Lenigas has still got the "MIDAS TOUCH". So, hence why I posted Lenigas 's recent C.V in short. I note that on the day of Lenigas/s appointment of 2.2.24 as Consultant to RRR, there was HEAVY volume vs normal times. Today, there is NO BUYS, only SELL of some 3.5m. So, that tells me that those who bought on the day of Lenigas's appointment have NOT SOLD. There are NO BUYS today, Mon, 5 Feb 2024.

If you wish to leave, then its a free world. You talk of Lenigas and that is your choice but there must be balance.
