Certainly, RRR via RNS, 24 Jan 2024 stated it is waiting for a SIGNATURE on the ARBITRATION in KINSHASA, DRC

and yesterday was the RNS update as RRR local associate called to Kinshasa. RRR in its RNS yesterday said they would update. Certainly, DRC copper is of interest and the copper project under arbitration is not a small one [refer Annual Report 2022 RNS from RRR]. The RRR initial claim is for US$10M.

Berry 1st post was shortly after 5am and non-stop practically, always on this one stock, RRR.

I was looking up litigation DRC and by accident, I found RRR v C... for "Defamation: He began a campaign which accused the Chairman of MISMANAGEMENT & FRAUD. This resulted in legitimate investors questioning the integrity of the board of directors & very rapidly the defamatory allegations began to attract a degree of undesirable media attention on investors online forums on Twitter and on national press. Over a period of 3 WEEKS, RRR & its lawyers made every possible attempt to AMICABLY RESOLVE the matter. Within days, investors investors began to COMPLAIN ABOUT THE potential FALL IN SHARE PRICE so the board had no choice but to file for libel in the HIGH COURT OF LONDON to protect the legitimate interest of its investors. --He agreed to AVOID TRIAL & PAID the co an undisclosed sum in DAMAGES, which the co donated to charity. So, the Consultant can bring the experience of how to tackle it given even Ganfeng has said it will take litigation but thus far nothing yet.

Then, there are other assets and it is good to know that with a new direction potentially, all the assets could potentially be tidied up to see what fits and what is no longer a priority given the DRC asset may now potentially be resolved.

One way or other, one understands from the last RRR 24.1.24 RNS [Regulatory Service] that the Arbitration ruling needs a signature etc. IT WILL BE DEFINITIVE for RRR come today - think co's have 3 days to report? AS ALWAYS, HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE RNS - until then, it will be a wait?

The other forum also talks of MAKO [RRR] and said that the peer closed up 30% and all that. I am not familiar with Mako as my interest was only DRC. DYOR. NIA. 6.2.24 [Tues].

RRR yesterday update the market via RNS [Reach] and today, Tues, 6 Feb 2024, RRR's local associate has been "called" to stand by at Kinshasa. Without repeating the RNS and the last update [Regulatory News Service] dated 24 Jan 2024 it was said that the Arbitration Order needs signature etc, So, today, we should know the outcome if we are at the court in Kinshasa etc. A DEFINITIVE moment for RRR as this was an important asset of the co.

On the other RRR share forum, repeats are the same but one post is interesting in that if the Award is made , then it is logical that it could be pursued further as RRR's asset was sold on [refer to RRR Annual Report 2022 which I quoted yesterday]. RRR has stated that this is upon "LEGAL ADVICE" etc so kindly check.

On 2.2.24, RRR appointed a Strategy Consultant and will be seeking a new direction - hence why many have logically concluded that perhaps the litigation matter will be concluded hopefully. Whether Reach RNS of yesterday is preferred, I think the Nomad could have based this on 2 logical conclusions perhaps ie it is a repeat of 24.1.24 RNS and therefore an UPDATE is suitable. There were 2 views on this and the Consultant thought the RNS would be today. Perhaps the Nomad decided to err on caution, that if too much time elapses between hearing from Kinshasa and market opening, there could be informal news leaking from DRC. But in my view, both views are correct and where there is need for direction, AIM regulatory handbook states, the co must ask the Nomad. A balanced view & only 1 post today from me. I typed a few paras from the RNS as above and press post and it comes out in a para'ed way. How does that detract from the quotation in verbatim.

How does MUSONOI from the RRR 2022 Annual Report litigation not be correct, given legal counsel was consulted and to which end, is now the subject of today's RNS, 5 .2.24 from RRR. I knew to check the RRR 2022 Annual Report given arbitration of this SAME matter was during 2022. Does that mean that the Nomad also does not know but Zumore knows? Puzzled. Since I am on filter , LoL, it means someone here must answer - it cannot go unanswered.

I hope that helps. Since Panda 1 and I heard $400m, I am sure you will be able to recall that Mr Andrew Bell, Chairman of RRR stated this figure in an interview which all of us heard. I provide you respectfully, verbatim from the Annual Report of 2022 from RRR which has been RNS.

The $400m has been mentioned by Andrew Bell in an interview.

I have to check through ALL THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS ie interim and annual reports to re-check.

Once this matter is hopefully clarified, I am sure we will hear more about the $400m but until then it is pre-mature.

I checked the RRR RNS of 24 Jan 2024 @7am [RNS No 6841A] which I quoted verbatim: " A draft of the arbitration AWARD

has been received and awaits SIGNATURE & RELEASE. Arbitration HEARINGS and negotiations have been HELD IN KINSHASA..."

This 24 Jan 2024 RNS from RRR relating to DRC LITIGATION is stated at the bottom of this RNS: " provided by RNS, the news service of the London Stock Exchange . RNS is approved by the FCA...."

RRR 5 FEB 2024 RNS|: UPDATE ON DRC LITIGATION:

It is upheld by the early 24 Jan 2024 RNS as above. As for the other poster, I have shares in RRR and so do others and as such I have to clarify if the info posted is not complete. That is my right. It may be a bit more explanatory because otherwise, others can say it is just a view but NOT BACK BY MATERIAL RNS wording. Not to CORRECT means it is left to be missed out.
