I already posted verbatim from the case of RRR v Gary C. which is now on open file as the case was reported.

Reason: It has has got to the same stage as that time when it has disrupted RRR going forward as it was then.

If you are a shareholder you would be in support as fellow shareholders that we want to see success for this co if the DRC money comes in which is helpful. Court has shown that his long file has not been proven and damages that were substantial were awarded to given to charity by RRR. It has started again. COMMENT: On REM plc, someone contacted Lenigas and stated that all sorts were said about addresses etc bordering on serious stuff. Lenigas told the REM shareholder not to worry as he will contact his counsel . I think that it has got too far now. The above is not as serious as the earlier posting which has crossed the line, in my view for legals.

IF NOT REPLIED to, then it is not answered and can affect things going forward for this co etc given the 2.2.24 RNS @RRR.

It was stated that RRR's "LOCAL ASSOCIATE" told to wait at "KINSHASA" awaiting a conclusion [my para phrase term]. Some folks asked WHAT IS KINSHASA? Kinshasa is the CAPITAL of DRC. Note that the picture DOES NOT SHOW WHITE WALWALLA there - all are locals contrary to what the naysayer said as no white walwalla seen.

RNS @Reach was appropriate given RRR's local associate does not KNOW BEFORE HAND what is going to be said.

So, an update was stated by RRR yesterday.

I agree because IN OR OUT, UPDATE NEWS IS NEXT ON DRC OUTCOME OF US$10m claim [and with it possibly more to claim]. There is NO INBETWEEN like Itumbua [strike or not strike helium] - either in or out for the RESULT.

He has contacts and Macarthur obtained Glencore's Off-take in 3 digit millions after appointing him as Consultant.

Also, has contact to London's international lawyers @REM Mexico & claim for Sonora valued by Mexican Treasury Report at US$600bn. Contacts do matter in the business world.

When Mr Lenigas tweeted re: release of DRC news, the tweet showed his location in MONACO - the meeting place of who's who. So, very insightful at this juncture give the tweet and re-tweet by RRR.

RRR share price was around 0.075/8p on 2.2.24. Today, close was 0.10p.

Since it is a major as well , then no wonder why Lenigas was appointed a Consultant on 2.2.24. As folks know and I have posted it on 2.2.24, Lenigas's former REM Mexico is taking the Mexican govt for loss of their Sonora licence [Ganfeng said they are taking action but nothing yet] and to this end, CLIFFORD CHANCE, LEADING INTERNATIONAL FIRM HAS BEEN APPOINTED to speak to the Mexican Govt. I posted the link that the Mexican Govt's Treasury Report stated that Sonora could be valued at up to US$600bn. Now, that majors are hunting for copper in the DRC, well, Mr Lenigas's contacts may well be helpful as to doors to international leading solicitors ie they will take the call as they did for REM Mexico. In addition, MacArthur Minerals of Canada also got Leni as Consultant and MacArthur got a fantastically large off-take from Glencore. So, yes, can understand now.

Since you recall me at Solgold, I am more happy to share. No, I dont have a lot in RRR and I dont tend to throw the kitchen sink in. Like Maidit308 said, if one put into a potential prospect [in my case, I only look for Tier 1], then it could turn out. To give an example, if one put £100k into a stock, the stock does not have to rise that much but if one put £1,000 in , then the stock has to rise several x. Hence, I look for stocks that can potentially do x times and that only comes with RE-RATING. Hearing Helpful's account of the claim, I think that a few tickets eg £100 for the potential is prudent and one for the grandchildren.

I was searching all morning to find the Commercial Court legal papers which is usually available via legal outlets. I found Schmidt & Schmidt but it would cost Euro 1,100 from what I gleaned. One shareholder of the Churchill coal litigation case got hold of the court claim legal papers and all of us could read. So, thanks again as its saved us time to try to obtain it.

Thank you for informing me of your RRR and to be honest, I was quite shocked at your price. Its like Gold Girl but in her case, she managed to get her price yesterday. Hope it turns out for you. As for me, one poster from the other stock was aware that I posted the minute I had taken MY FRONT SEAT @RRR Consultant RNS, 2.224. On 2.2.24, all that there was - New Consultant but NO DRC etc update till yesterday. I tend to like low mkt caps with some recovery potential and I would like to see what Lenigas can do or cant do. Then, I will make up my mind as I dont like gas & oil generally but if it is a large prospect, then maybe yes. Time will tell. I was in REM so therefore Lenigas is a stock I was in. But since then, there are far and few stocks that hold some interest. Nothing I see of anything else so far after Pitfield & Itumbula. Thanks. Best Wishes.
