Read the DRC Arbitration thread carefully. From the other forum, the ARBITRATION AWARD MEANS- NO WIN NO LOSE IS BANG ON. Not my words but another poster on the other forum.

This is based on the same legal papers and the greater CLAIM of $400m or $460m [see details today]. Andrew Bell, CEO has stated in interviews before that that may be the next step. Mr Bell said that realistically $2000250m from recall.

Helpful- I also checked the ADMISSION documents for this co, RRR. I know the M.D from Hotcopper and sometimes, he will post on the London South East. He specialises in obtaining Aussie mining licences ie staking licences in Oz.

RRR started with Mt Ida [not sure about Juno] but unfortunately its is large [Tier 1] but MAGNETITE.

If Andrew Bell had the CONTACTS and the $$$ for capex, Andrew Bell would be an IRON ORE MAGNATE like Twiggy and Gina and the other few, who became Australia's RICHEST from iron ore [1st wave of wealth].

On the other forum, some details about the RRR DRC Litigation: [Ref: 7.2.24 , 14:12 , Post 17134:

"VUP SA, a DRC co owned 49.9% of MUSONI AREA 1 which SOLD the tenement back to GECAMINES for $20m WITHOUT the knowledge of Red Rock. Gecamines FLIPPED it to KOMOTO Copper co [allegedly for $460m] owned 85% by Glencore & 15% by Gecarmines directly or indirectly.

KOMOTO paid VUP $5m. Later, VUP took Komoto to Court for $15m . I understand Komoto had reason to not pay VUP $15m but have not disclosed further to that. AT THIS STAGE or a bit , RRR BECAME AWARE. ---KAMOTO said that they would NOW HOLD the $15m UNTIL D I R E C T E D by decision and the agreement from OUTCOME OF ARBITRATION IN KINSHASA." My Comment: Data is stated that RRR had a JV with VUP from what I understand of 1/2 & 1/2 [correct if wrong]. If one were to take the reasoning [without seeing the COURT CLAIM LEGAL PAPERS], then someone must have to pay for the lost asset @Musoni Area 1 which RRR had 1/2 of. Yes, in general , it depends on the strength of the agreement between VUP & RRR and the LEGALITY OF THE LICENCE @Musoni Area 1. The poster vs Helpful elucidates $460m vs $400m.

LEGAL OPINION: That is for legal opinion as to who is now responsible for the loss etc in general or in particular.

HOW STRONG IT THE LEGAL OWNERSHIP title etc, ah that no one knows unless they see the papers. In my search on the matter, I note that in the DRC ------------CLIFFORD CHANCE-------IS THE ONE WHO SPECIALISE IN THIS. From the RRR re-tweet of the 5.2.24 RNS@Reach it is rather clear and therefore Mining Weekly titled their article yesterday THIS WEEK from recall. However, the said RNS stated update next week.

From the Under-Sec's tweet, it would appear that Gecamine's is active. I clicked open the Under-Sec's tweet and someone tweet: an ISCID no, LoL. It implies, fine but what about our ISCID?

Its not about RRR but more about mining & majors. Easier for majors than for junior exploration co's to get Tier 1 prospects. So, RRR may have fallen into terrific fortune given MUSONI is marked clearly and a major asset.

I think that RRR will need to consult further after they have heard whatever from the DRC - I am not privy. I checked time of potential RNS's and its usually 7am but can be 12 noonish or 3:45pm approx. So, have to wait.

Comment: I was at the RRR Twitter and I noticed that RRR's tweet has "#DRC" so I decided to click and see what is the latest on the #DRC and found the Under-Secretary's tweet [verified govt official with the crest of the USA and Jose is based in Washington D.C]. As Mr Bell , RRR has stated in RNS, the arbitration affects the status of the DRC in how it affect investments into the DRC. I suppose that in general , it may go into the ranking of ease of doing biz etc. In general, one can check NO of INTERNATIONAL ARB CASES IN ANY 1 COUNTRY, success rate etc to get an idea of the investment scenario etc. So, USA is interested in the DRC.

Finally, MM's given up on 0.10p evens for buy and sell, then up etc. Now, showing 0.1p & 0.11p spread +7.18%.

On Twitter, someone said that RRR had REPOSTED the tweet on the RNS of 5.2.24 with the tweet/RNS link :

Share price still, as overnight: 0.9p /0.10p spread.

On the other RRR forum, an investor has ECHOED my prognosis. I cite parts of the post @8:17 #17109 out of 17110:

"to catch them offside on their trades, this must be a priority [read the details].

There needs to be MONITISATION of projects OR PROJECT level funding. Fair to MANY PROJECTS in the stable....You should be able to quite easily TURN sentiment around here, IF the DRC CASH comes, then happy days for all."

============A SHORTENED VERSION BUT IT IS AN APPEAL TO MR LENIGAS, CONSULTANT TO RRR @appointment dated 2.2.24.=======Writing in a different style to mine and more details but CONFIRMS that a turnround is attainable. It is clear that a new consultant like Mr Lenigas has more reach in his business contacts and evidenced so as I cited specific cases here. TIER 1 projects are hard to find ----the statistical data shows so. But should a Tier 1 be found and other assets cleared up, then this co may be as legendary as GGP where Bell and PJ took it on its knees to over £1bn mkt cap at one point. Thank you to Mr Bell and Mr Lenigas who have listened to our appeal. Not an easy task but one can hope and ask.
