SHAREHOLDERS:

It is normal that folks want to discuss with fellow holders with their different skills eg technical volume, sp movements etc. I like to see if there is any new research pieces or broker notes etc. But in the main, we remain POSITIVE - each has their own asset they like and therefore can lend to the discussion. THIS IS THE FUNCTION OF A FORUM ie to share as fellow investors.

I have been to a few forums today but I find that almost none are like this forum. Why? One CANT GET TO ANY INFO. It is all nothing but how the co is this or that until there is NO MORE BALANCE left. Investors Chronicle in writing ANY ARTICLE cites ; BULL POINTS & BEAR POINTS. That is what everyone is looking for in any stock. To give an example: RRR ARBITRATION DRC - both on this forum and the other, there was link to state that the MAJOR acquired MUSONI , DRC

legally with the requisite legal papers etc. Earlier, one said that the claim about MUSONI, DRC is not the same as it is AREA 1 only that RRR had the JV. I posted from a broker note last night and the PARTIES were named in the DRC Arbitration and NOTHING like what was posted on this forum and other forum --even a DEFENDANT'S NAME COULD BE CHANGED? If these posters are correct , say, then RRR & the Commercial Court in Kinshasha, DRC have no DEFENDANTS.

If NO DEFENDANTS, THEN WHO IS PAYING RRR ?

COMPANY ASSESSMENT:

If at anytime, one is no longer POSITIVE about the prospects, then ITS BEST TO MOVE TO A CO ONE THINK IS PERFECT. Before leaving, one can just put a few points down and correct or not, time will tell. That is called choice and DECISION MAKING. WARNING OTHERS: THERE IS A CHIEF DAWG WARNING ON X - there was also a DEPUTY DAWG. So, dont worry, plenty of warnings. However, these folks that warn CANNOT PRODUCE THE 10X WINNERS AND MORE. If they could, then maybe folks may take some note as balance.

LONG TERM:

This has been going on for quite some time now. In the interest of all, it is time to split this forum into 2. One side can continue and the other forum can post normal postings like all other forums. That way, we can look in without going through hundreds of post and answer back and forth - no one wins in the end as its is so much grass.

All those who like to listen to these gurus , they can do so with 2 forums on RRR at London South East.

For the sake OF PEACE, there is no other solution left for peaceable folks and holders.

The market cap of RRR is £3.05m and the share price was steady today @0.91p to sell and 0.928p to buy [live price towards the closing secs today before the market closed ] v e r s u s $10m USD if DRC ARBITRATION award is signed , sealed etc. So, Banburboy , is no longer bother about his earlier thesis of RRR@REACH RNS, 5.2.24 [that it is NOT A REGULATORY RNS} & issuance and all that?

My Comment:

What is meant by work already done ? It refers to the DRC claims in the Commercial Court of Kinshasa which would have provided the legal basis of the $10m US$ claim [in my view the skeleton of the case etc]. As for LONDON HIGH COURT, it appears to be like the ENRC case so the defendant may be UK based, hence London High Court initial hearing.

As for should Lenigas want the best LEGALS, his PM box is open ------this is 101 taken to possibly mean a QUEEN'S COUNSEL or now since the passing of HM QII, KING'S COUNSEL OF RENOWN [Hall of Fame Counsel rating and all that].

I BOOKED MY PLACE ON RRR, 2.2.24:

I have nothing to go by except Lenigas's appointment and a new direction [via Consultant Lenigas] and DRC $10m claim [US$] vs £3.05m mkt cap. Price to GET A FRONT BOX SEAT --recall to buy around 0.087p. CHEAP AS CHIPS SO WHY GO TO ALL THAT BOTHER of getting up at 5:27am to post all the above thesis? Last night, I found that special BROKER NOTE and saw the amount in black & white ie $430m MUSONI ASSET "lost" [50.1% to RRR]. Click on my profile to get the link.

Come what may - maybe Mr Banburyboy read the broker note I provided last night and became a fan? Hmmmmm.

Banburyboy based his THESIS that the RRR RNS of 5.2.24 was via @REACH and all that. Emphasis per Banburyboy that it was NOT a REGULATORY RNS etc. However, this said Reach RNS from RRR , 5.2.24 informed that their local associate had been called to KINSHASA. Mining Weekly reported on this and said that RRR has received the AWARD DRAFT etc which was awaiting finalisation.

A/c to Banburyboy [correct if wrong] he said that the NEXT RRR RNS NEXT WK ----REACH RNS? I did NOT see that the next RRR RNS to update as promised relating to their DRC Arbitration was going to be ANOTHER REACH RNS?

A/c to oft repeated info on forum, it appears that when an RNS is LODGED, no one can see the RNS given it is embargoes but they can see LODGEMENT? So, Banburyboy, is this correct and if so, then does it differentiate between a lodged Reach RNS & a Regulatory RNS? Asking since your thesis is NOW CONTRADICTED WITH YOUR BUYING IN AND DECLARING YOU ARE A SHAREHOLDER TODAY?

This was the whole point of your THESIS and also of the AUTHORITY to issue -dont these matter anymore or these are now thrown out? Just wondering ? I have never encountered such a change so going forward good to extend my education of such matters of REACH RNS VS REGULATORY RNS?

I ask because Mining Weekly did NOT provide a WARNING caveat when they reported on the RRR, 5.2.24 @Reach RNS as to point out it is not a regulatory RNS.

A tweet just popped up on my feed @Twitter. I recall Mr Bell mentioning his other vehicle [ex] and the mkt cap which has

increased. I just check. Nice to have some positive and further update also expected. I have never invested in this co.

My Comment: The resident of this forum is of the view that DRC could be underwhelming [rhetoric with little fact] but since Mr Bell re-iterated the loss to shareholders of RRR of this asset @Musonoi - AND UPON ADVICE, RRR/shareholders have been deprived of this asset. FIDUCIARY DUTY: Mr Bell is cognisant of this and that this asset has to be pursued given the weight of the asset at $430m ---it appears to be re-miss to think this is not of significance by the resident who holds no shares in RRR by self admission. For us, it is of importance and definitive in nature. Shareholders vs onlooker?

DYOR. NIA. Given Mr Bell made available the above report [facts still relevant to the DRC matter as above], it does demonstrate Mr Bell's duty of care for shareholders by pursuing this case as he did with the other gold asset in Africa which was not of such worth as Musoni, a Tier 1 asset. Sorry for typos as it is late. Of course, in litigation, one approaches with a conservative outlook but the broker report as above supports the need to obtain the asset back if possible.

RRR DRC ARBITRATION:

The DRC Arbitration award is for $10m USD vs RRR Mkt Capp £3.08M @0.1p. RRR's RNS@Reach, 5 Feb 2024 stated that their local associate has been called to KINSHASA on Tues, 6 Feb 2024. Mining Weekly of 6.2.24 reported : "Red Rock hopes to end $10m arbitration in DRC this week - A DRAFT OF THE ARBITRATION AWARD was received by RRR AND AWAITED FINALISATION & RELEASE."

So, in fact, RRR will already know the RESULT - Mr Bell said that it needs a signature from the Commercial Court in Kinshasa. Since RRR has the draft AWARD document, RRR already has the award document that needs signing off by the judge. RRR stated they will UPDATE NEXT WK. It is norm for co's to consult their advisors upon documentation received.

WHO IS PAYING THE $10M AWARD?

The party holding the award money stated that they will PAY as norm upon direction and the ARBITRATION AWARD granted. If there is any doubt of the payment which 1 has voiced on this forum, then non-payment of an award will mean it may form the NEXT NO WIN, NO FEE international arbitration to be filed outside the DRC [be it Paris, London etc where international arbitrations sit]. This was mentioned in the RRR Annual Report of 2022 RNS that shareholders of RRR were deprived of HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS from MUSONI ,DRC Copper as it was sold on for. Some quote $400m or $460m but Mr Bell mentioned $400m in an interview [RRR is entitled to 1/2]. A/c to a poster on the other RRR forum , once the award has been handed down, THE NO WIN, NO FEE next claim of hundreds of millions is next .

AUTHORITY TO ISSUE:

If the award is received, the authority to issue does NOT mean that RRR has to issue the 1.5bn shares [RRR has some 3.25bn shares already in issue] at one go. One asks the question, what is the reason to issue 1/2 of mkt cap per the naysayers [or 1/2 of the shares already in issue]. There has been such heavy volume since appointment of the Consultant to RRR on 2.2.24 and some like to postulate that funding is not restrospective?

NEW GROWTH PERIOD FOR RRR:

That was in the RRR RNS of 2.2.24 upon the appointment of the Strategic Consultant and the move into oil and gas.

It is hoped that there could be a DIVESTMENT of the assets so that there is less overlap etc in sectors. In fact, it does sound like RRR will become a start up again with a NEW DIRECTION. Investors can chose to stay or leave if they dont like the new growth sector.

WILLIAM BLACK

Today, Mr Black sold some 3%+ out of his 7% holding from recall [7.2.24] From checking RRR MAJOR shareholders, Mr Charles Richard Topham & Andrew Jones are also top shareholders of RRR [source RRR]. I havent followed these holdings closely so others can correct if wrong. However, naysayers are making x, y or z about Mr Black's TR1 today ie reduced his holding. From recall, Mr Black increases and decreases his holdings and it is not something unusual.

My View: With such a small mkt cap, I am not sure what is the reason for day &

Pointing this out again, as one post appears not cognisant.

Taken together ie article from Mining Maven informs one how RRR came about relating to the Musoni deposit of which may warrant further legals [ref: RRR Annual Report 2022 RNS]. Report [AR] 2022 said hundreds of million Musoni was sold for and that RRR lost this "upon legal advice." Pls check.

Talking about Authority to Issue. Not selling share?. That's the discussion. Thought you filtered me.
