FACT: RRR RNS@Reach, 2.2.24: For the avoidance of doubt: Mr Lenigas is NOT an EXECUTIVE of this co ie Executive Director, Non-Executive Director. A/c to the RRR RNS, 2.2.24, he is a "Strategic Consultant" which means he does not have a hand in running this co or have any involvement in its running day to day as an executive [company law]. RRR MARKET CAP:

It is around the £3m mark and yesterday, it is £2.77m. In the old days, this could be called a SHELL MKT CAP.

It is NOT dependent on Mr Bell or anyone else. FACT: It will be based on the ASSET/S in this co, RRR. A/c to the Balance Sheet, it would appear that ASSETS are around $14m not inc licences etc. There are outstandings but I am NOT aware of those as I have not DONE any work on those but as others have said, it will NOT exceed the assets. Mawson listed in Canada has a market cap of around C$90m region and split its subsidiary Southern Cross Gold into a Australian IPO in 2022. Southern Cross Gold raise money of some $2.7m on IPO to drill in Victoria, Australia. Victoria was the first place in Australia that hit gold and is as famous as the gold rush in the USA & brought wealth to Australia.

[1] hc gre: the posts are getting more intense and the poster in this thread in oz was told: it was drilled and the best was 0.6% and not economic pursuant to surface sampling of the better rock chip results. poster [2] also has a point and lends balance. so, who is right? no one knows --no one has x-ray eyes going down to beyond what was drilled and did not go further as they did not plan to drill deeper holes. so, gre objective was to test geology and statigraphy as they rns' [ed]. so, 3 views.

arv 100% licence.

it is nearer to azure ---at mt marie [a bit north of the gre/arv osborne jv,, arv [100%] obtained "co**** spodumene crystals" at surface via rock chips. the ceo of arv tweeted today, they are continuing with their work at mt marie [pic showed the terrain]. have a look at twitter -type the name, george ventouras and its his pic of the andover at mt marie.

what no one knows:

[1] azure's licences are large and vast and looks like a block. gre/arv's jv is a bit not as thick on the map.

arv's is also split into several sections north & south of the andover.

[2] azure found co**** spodumene crystals drilling to depth [not very deep]. whether on drilling, azv will find the same, no one knows.

[3] pegmatites -lets make the concept simple , they need to be in thick pegs [thin pegs may not be good enough although if lots, its ok for tonnage].

[4] elusive : will the spod be deeper? azure would be the bench mark to look at but at this time, no one in oz wants to share even tho some have followed the azure story so they know more. i have not followed the azure story, drill by drill so will take me a long time to get the data to read.

[5] michael fotios , tech expert was brought in sometime mid-2023 and gre hoped his "midas" touch would help.

cant tell as mr fotios did not make the pegs and therefore, he would know the azure geology but whether gre/arv jv has it on their licence, only time will tell. arv --------ah, that is now another story, and maybe being nearer , they kept the better licence to themselves. only time will tell.

AUTHORITY TO ISSUE

From what I saw, Note 4 is for £150k if I recall [voting at RRR AGM, Fri, 16 Feb 2024]. From company law 101, one is taught the DIFFERENCE between AUTHORITY to ISSUE & ISSUED. Also, in the a/c's generally, auditors want to know if there an ability to raise to comply "going concern basis" [common to all accounts]. So, this Fri, the VOTING for AUTHORITY TO ISSUE does not mean there is going to be THE ISSUANCE OF ALL THE AUTHORISED at 1 go. Yes, in ordinary lingo, it is a contingency that must be made. So, on FRI, 16.2.24, it does NOT STATE AUTHORITY TO ISSUE & ISSURANCE or else it has to be in the AGM notation to vote on.

ISSURANCE

That is something NO ONE is PRIVY to at this time. YES, if the DRC money of $10m USD does not come in, then perhaps issuance as norm. Cant tell UNTIL NEXT UPDATE PROMISED THIS WEEK OR NEXT per today's RNS , 14.2.24 for the DRC Arbitration.

PRE-IPO

From what I understand, the Oz [Victoria] licences are NOT OWNED BY RRR WHOLLY but JV with POW. In the earlier update, IPO in Oz had not much Aussie appetite in general for anything in Victoria gold. HOWEVER, HEARD OF SUNDAY CREEK lately? Well, perhaps there is now appetite and given POW has Rick Rule & Arabs as investors, they may want an IPO as well. It may not be Fosterville but that is something not known yet until the admission documents are seen and per norm a valuation is given as norm. Cant do any harm to IPO and get some return back via shares in the new IPO Aussie co.

DRC ARBITRATION

Quite clear what was stated in the RRR RNS @Reach today. It is an update as promised but NOT PRICE SENSITIVE given there is no definitive outcome yet until we know next week or this week. UNLESS there is MONEY RECEIVED & BANKED, then there is no need to RNS it yet as price sensitive RNS.

ASSUMPTIONS

Everyone is free to read into the updates as they chose but the above is my understanding only and to lend to discussion as BALANCE only.

NEW VENTURE

There can be NO new venture WITHOUT money. Yes, the oil prospect may be SOUTH AMERICA but not definite yet per the RRR RNS today.

Wed, 14 Feb 2024. Look at Itumbula - the issuance was 1.5p but it hit 1.8p and that was the lowest before it rose and NEVER TOUCH THE ISSUED price. No all issuances are equal.

NO ONE KNOW:

Only the RRR RNS is the final definitive and all else is just folk's views. Facts are in the RNS.

I have one last bit to add.

Everyday, fund managers check the mark-to-market. Many work for organisations and they are NOT free to make decision on their own a/c to their style unless they have become legendary. They follow some basic rules to keep in the game so that the org does not go down with 1 investment or 2. There has been new data out --ONE NEEDS £600K + just for a reasonable retirement WITHOUT any luxuries. Not an easy task given IHT is at £325k. There is little time in one's life to spend on 1 stock to carry out a CRUSADE of this stock did this or that. One lady invested a large amount on DEBENAMS which went pear shaped. She posted on the forum -I was just reading different forums for experience then. What she said sounded so ...that I thought I had better inform admin of this site. They said they would try to contact her. Debenams? I think she did not go into Debs or read any of the financials. Same on any stock. I dont have time to waste on 1 stock -and I dont invest largish sums so that 1 loss means light out. So, today , £600k+ is needed and tomorrow, even more as it goes up through rises in indexes etc. Life is too short - if I dont post, I think I want a positive outlook and reality says, all views have been POSTED on this RRR forum so no one can say they dont know. If one does not invest in AIM especially and just eat ..x or y, then I think that is what the London Stock Exchange warned about: Shares can go up or down and dont invest more than one can afford + AIM is for sophisticated investors ie HNW who can afford to lose as it only makes up a tiny % of their portfolio. Otherwise, its called gambling and I dont gamble , hence only a small amount. DYOR. NIA.

No, a further answer to your question directed to me. Look at my posting history numbers. On the London South East, some of us look at posting history to gauge experience on these forums. No, I am quite aware - been on Twitter since the days of the bloggers LoL. Probably could tell you yester year. But I look at FORM - in stocks, it is also like horse racing form. NONE OF THE HORSES have FORM from my observation. When someone has FORM in the real world, like the billionaire Eric Sprott, then people want to hear the nuggets on Fri night on radio or Rick Rule of Sprotts. Only 1 person got out of the stock forums to now become a person Rick Rule has invested in, his former co. Yea, he made his meagre savings into a good capital base relatively FORM RRR. He said he knows who to listen to on forum. Hope that helps. Yes, RRR this and that, but I do wonder why folks are still here given if I have lost I dont post but ADJUST MY BALANCE SHEET as norm. I have checked the other RRR forum and someone said that the MM have read the RNS and she or he tried a dummy sale.

Last night ARV closed at A 1.6c, mkt cap A$27m. Initially, it was up 6.25% for quite a while.

Last night, GRE closed at A 20c, mkt cap $16m , down 2.44% [initially down 3.65%].

Unfortunately, as someone quoted reading HC GRE, it led to a terrible fall on ARV London by some 43% vs ARV Australia only down 15%. GRE was down by some 43% on 13.2.24 ARV Australia HC forum is calmer and did not go into a

state, hence down by only 15% when the news came out -----IT WAS +26%, on release of the 13.2.24 ANN. So, the GRE folks caused their own melt down in sp.

POST 13.2.24: As I checked the above funding RNS, it was rather surprising that the drilling was to test stratigraphy and geology? Well, test they did.? All above are the historical events of the Osborne drill by ARV's partner, GRE of Australia.

I waited until the HC GRE folks stopped bungee jumping to hear a more considered view. A poster called JRW7 has replied to someone who said: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN ...?" So, this 3rd party answered:

"To be fair, this is very early days and they have heaps of targets to still to drill. If you look at where they drilled the 4 diamond holes, they were in rather interesting locations [on the OUTSKIRTS of the main t r e n d s , where there were LOWER GRADE rock chip samples. ] Now that they have heritage clearance, they can drill more prospective targets. I think what they meant by STOPPING SHORT, is that they begun to INTERCEPT some lithium bearing pegmatite. BUT due to the DISTANCE AWAY from WHERE THE HOLE BEGUN & the ANGLE of the drill hole THEY PULLED UP SHORT. in the sense they hadnt PLANNED TO GO DEEPER in this campaign. It will be interesting to see how comprehensive this upcoming drill campaign will be and what NEW info comes from it. I think its quite a stretch to say its not looking good. Its very early days & only 4 drill holes have been completed to date. I along with many others, believe it is only a matter of time before they make a discovery. Lets see how it plays out. Once again, the co has $500m+ copper project they are developing! AND IT IS FANTASTIC TO SEE MICHAEL FOTIOS WITH TOM IN A RECENT INTERVIEW. MICHAEL ISNT HERE TO MUCK AROUND. After all the posts that were in such a ...., last comes the voice of reason after having some time to THINK and deliberate. I have too from the drilling I have seen. NEWCREST is a specialist in the TELFER gold mine area. They got the licence at HAVIERON and drilled some 12 holes and ALL were so low a grade, they DUMPED it. Then, Sam Garrett of Kidman Res [one of the founders] picked it up and sold it to GGP and the rest is history. A Geo said on HC, Newcrest SPACED IT WRONG and missed. GGP drilled in between the Newcrest holes and hit. Well, at Itumbula they hit GAS but the first at Tai, the string broke and they could get down to BASEMENT ie basin. So, more seasoned folks are more nuanced having seen more drills. BUT CAVEAT IS; IT TAKES MONEY and if one had all the money in the world , then fine so drilling is a rather skilled game and also a bit of good fortune. ALL I WAS SAYING WAS: THERE IS TIME TO THINK IE A FEW DAYS AND NO NEED TO GET JUMPING UP & DOWN as it does not help one think it out rationally about the metrics to gauge what is what. ONE DOES NOT NEED TO GO FURTHER -most want 1st strike and there is NEVER any GUARANTEES in drilling. Even for Sirius for Oz nickel, the driller was down to his last $ and he asked them to just drill a bit more and NO hit, it was lights out as it was self financed. I will conclude with a short view after the 13.2.24 results from GRE, ARV's partner:

From the ARV RNS today, 13 Feb 2024 it shows a MAP of the ANDOVER COMPLEX and GRE/ARV @Osborne is the further licence. ARV's licence is closer to the MID-WAY to ----->>> AZURE. Azure also released results and they are pulling in the same results as before ie LONG INTERSECTIONS with grades as norm [like before].

The Andover complex is IN GREEN ie MAFIC ULTRAMAFIC ROCKS of which AZS also is located upon.

AZS MARIE discovery is just ABOVE GRE/ARV OSBORNE and they have had rock chip samples of SPOD.

QUESTION:

[1]Whatever, anyone can say on forums, the FACT IS GEOLOGY DOES NOT LIE.

[2] DOES THE EXTENSIVE GRE/ARV OSBORNE & ARV 100% LICENCE sitting on mafic ultramafic rocks like AZS HAVE OR DOES NOT HAVE SPOD under cover. From recall, the depth for AZS is quite deep but I will re-check.

[3] Unfortunately, BlackCat has not posted on HC so cant get his view of the geology. He is a well known prospector and stakes licences. I recalled him saying that rocks and depth is the defining thing. .

[4] I have DONE my POST -view and will check as and when Mr Fotios gives further insight if any. But I am pleased they brought Mr Fotios in.

I have just checked ARV's partner GRE's ANN. At the end of their ANN, Mr Thomas Redicliffe, Executive Director is named as the "COMPETENT PERSON" ie Geo. I went to the GRE website and there is no Mr MICHAEL FOTIOS as a director on GRE.

I then had to go in to Linkedin to look - Mr Fotios runs an ASX co as CEO [think he runs another one as well?].

However, the interview today of GRE & Mr Fotios was posted on Linkedin via GRE. My only logical conclusion is that

GRE--and ARV have now PRESS FOR HELP PERHAPS and got in a TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ie Mr Michael Fotios.
