A/c to Market Screener, Mr Bird has a total of some £1.9m in the 3 co's chasing the Western Foreland copper.

Anglo American is so keen and think its important to issue a statement to press on their Zambia drill at the North West.

Mr Bird did not elucidate much of the geology except to say, they need to drill deeper. This could mean that historically, like most old digging, they only did the SURFACE deposit? That is the idea I got from the Sunday Roast interview AFTER the Christmas interview which only talked about the First Quantum JV with 1 of his co's.

PLEASE MR BIRD, CAN WE GET AN INTERVIEW AS TO THE GEO OF XTR'S NEXT DOOR LICENCE TO KOBOLD.

NEXT TO KOBOLD? Ah, everyone will be watching - I am quite sure Mr Bird knows if THE XTR LICENCE NEXT DOOR TO KOBOLD [Bezos & Gates] IS ON TREND and where the old date shows it is the SAME mineralogy as KOBOLD's.

The above is not me. So, what I posted today about gold is also the only exit for the time being. The above poster tends to invest in a wider variety of metals but I know only about copper in the main and with gold. So, a 2nd appraisal.

Meanwhile, I have found out more about SUNDAY CREEK & SOUTHERN CROSS GOLD on the ASX that owns it. Just a few days ago, they posted DRILLING RESULTS from their Sunday Creek area drill assays [a few holes.]

CHECKED RRR AUSTRALASIA , VICTORIA , OZ LICENCES NEAR SUNDAY CREEK [right next door] and RRR have drilled a few holes. I checked RRR 's results vs Southern Cross Gold of Oz results. Lets say they are far better than the one by the AIM co at Creswick which is not in this area. RRR stated in their presentation yesterday, that they will truck the ore to a nearby processing centre. KIRKLAND GOLD'S LEGENDARY FOSTERVILLE MINE WILL END SOON WITH NO MORE ORE to exploit.

SO , KIRKLAND WANTED LICENCES and one came up for sale by the VICTORIAN STATE GOVT. Kirkland did NOT win the BIDDING for FOSTERVILLE'S NEXT DOOR LICENCE. The co that won was S2 run by a chap called Bennett of legendary fame for discovering Nova in Oz. It was very keenly competed for.

RRR

How they got the LARGE licence package South of Fosterville but more importantly, NEXT TO SUNDAY CREEK is a wonder. If they sell, they could get cash or shares but it will not be worth as much as if they IPO'ed. That is something we [us here on this forum] will have to wait to hear further if there are developments. Certainly the RUSH to find the next gold deposit is on as Fosterville has run out of ore to process. So, if there are new finds, ore can just be transported nearbv to Fosterville or Creswick side. I am not sure which mine RRR means for processing by a 3rd party mine nearby.

Yes, if the price of gold is going up , it will help. JP Morgan warned on debt etc ,hence why funds now are pivoting. DYOR. NIA.

I listened to Mr Bird but I dont think he wanted to spell it out given it is in the news. So, unless one is prepared for a write off, then perhaps the sale into millions was the best outcome which is a credit to Mr Bird ie he could sell it.

I am not an expert in Africa and the environment but all CEO's of co's are aware of the day to day. Right now, Zambia is flooded and awash with money and world stage due to KOBOLD.

Anyone NOT wanting to go on to Mr Bird's patch [Kiwara sold to First Quantum is nearer to Anglo now in Zambia but Ango is NOT NEXT DOOR to KOBOL] of Zambia , then at least they know what is going on. Why Zambia ? Majors are all looking for Tier 1 copper prospects and they were clambering over trying to get the WESTERN FORELAND NEXT OR CLOSE TO KAMO BUT FRIEDLAND in the end did not farm it out OR SELL TO BHP. Ivanhoe did the drilling themselves and now KIKTOKO is another Tier 1 find. Yes, the COPPER gold rush has started once KOBOLD made WORLD NEWS with the big copper hit.

Yes , lastly I have read views on XTR but neither here nor there will elicit a sale or exit strategy given NO MAJOR IS INTERESTED IN TINY OPERATIONS AND WILL ONLY BE INTERESTED IN A POTENTIAL TIER 1 . If one reads from the RRR portfolio, it is NOT A NEW O & G. Elephant Oil [RRR has a stake in it] is near another co that is listed on Nasdaq. Helpful merely updated on what is happening there. It saved me lots of hours trying to keep up.

One can read what is happening and therefore Mr Bird's decision to sell up for millions could be seen as the right one. Others may disagree but better to have a bird in hand and all that at this time of that country's history which one can read and well known? But each to their own.

BUSHRANGERS

There is a weekly rating of co's hitting copper grades and lengths. Recent ones I have seen on the open data are those with 0.2% copper grades but longer intercepts. So, yes, not ideal but that is how the geology turned out. However, knowing Mr Bird's style [Chair of XTR], he will have more of the historical data and their own geophysics etc to be able to market it at some time with the MOTTO: there is more left on the table for you but we [XTR] are not asking an arm and leg for it which may cause reluctance at any eye watering sum as norm. That is his Kiwara style and he said so recently.

Mr Bird said, "IT WILL BE A MINE. IT IS AN ACE." Ah, one for the cupboard but when, that is only Mr Bird's best kept

secret as in what soundings he has taken if any.

Thats all given I dare not post given the negative sentiment towards the co and Mr Bird.

First Quantum & Bird JV - that has the figures out and that was in the Sunday Roast interview over Christmas. Two of the consultants from Lemon were present and the potential is huge. First Quantum said it is Kamoa style type of geology.

Note: Colin Bird is going to be in the thick of the action with Anglo preparing to DRILL a $24m drill at the same place but much further from KOBOLD. BIRD IS NOT DEPENDENT ON SHAREHOLDERS FUND [AGM approved the sale of Manica re:XTR] nor is First Quantum and Bird's other co as it is on a carry and JV.

[1] ANGLO AMERICAN - already started drilling at NW Zambia [2 phases spending $24m.]

[2] FIRST QUANTUM -doing work on the ground [Colin Bird's co JV with First Quantum so its a carried %. Already, the potential figures have been discussed and First Quantum said from recall, it has the ...of the Kamoa-Kakula geology @Ivanhoe situated in the DRC known as the -------------WESTERN FORELANDS----------. This Western Forelands also stretches to NW ZAMIA.

[3] KOBOLD -This is also at the WESTERN FORELAND trend but in N.W ZAMBIA [the Bezos & Bill Gates vehicle that has STRUCK one of the largest copper hits and all over the mining world news. This is a PRIVATE co.

[3] RIO TINTO is nearer to Anglo but I have not heard anything yet.

[4] IVANHOE - Ivanhoe [Robert Friedland legendary fame struck KIKOTA , in the DRC, Western Forelands and it is a bit copper hit. Ivanhoe, has taken a LICENCE IN ANGLOA which is on the OTHER SIDE OF COLIN BIRD'S OTHER CO at NW Zambia.

[5] XTRACT RESOURCES: NW Zambia. This was discussed at a 2nd more recent Sunday Roast with Copper Lemon also present. XTR's ground needs to go DEEPER per the interview. Why did Copper Lemon, the mining consultancy give Colin Bird the GROUND ie licence for XTR --------CLOSE TO KOBOLD, then below XTR comes another Colin Bird co [next to this Ivanhoe is next to it but on the Angola side as there is no other licence left at NW Zambia] & then the First Quantum licence JV with another Colin Bird co? IT IS HOT GROUND and out of the 5, ONE WILL HIT THE JACKPOT, says Colin Bird.

ALL ARE ON THE WEST FORELAND TREND and IT IS KNOWN AS " THE RACE TO WEST FORELAND ."

BHP WANTED WESTERN FORELAND'S LICENCE NEAR KAMOA-KAKULA but I dont know what happened as to why Ivanhoe did not farm it out but drilled themselves at KIKOTO which was ANOTHER LEGENDARY HIT IN THE DRC.

From what I can see, Ivanhoe did not get to NW ZAMBIA, which is part of the WESTERN FORELANDS trend. ALL THE MAJORS ARE NOW IN NW ZAMBIA and huge investments going into the country. COLIN BIRD IS LEGENDARY IN ZAMBIA - he spent $20m on drilling and SOLD IT TO FIRST QUANTUM FOR US$260M. Per the Bird style, he will not spend without limit and majors may be reluctant to pay the eye watering sums so, he does just enough and sells on. THAT KIWARA has been renamed and NOW ONE OF THE LARGEST COPPER MINES in Africa [check 1st Quantum]. The Lemon consultancy could have sold the licences to the majors but they like Colin Bird for his upfront style in dealing -from the horses mouth.

I think the terms also would be better than from a bigger major.

RRR AGM TOMORROW, LONDON, Fri, 16.2.24:

[1] Are shareholders going to London for the RRR AGM? I cant travel down as I am not in London. So, if anyone is not happy, then why not tell Mr Bell himself? Or as a positive measure, if still a shareholder, then , perhaps a friendly chat with Mr Bell with goodwill as norm and ask about the co's EXIT STRATEGY?

That is now in the public domain and Gary had the opportunity to prove to a English Court of Law that he was right about x or y or z. Otherwise, Gary could HAVE stopped posting on social media and the matter would not have gone further. From the article I posted, it was said RRR lawyers tried to engage with Gary but it did not succeed and went to a full hearing. Mr Gary had to pay a substantial sum to RRR of which they donated to charity. Mr Gary also made an apology and LEGALLY RETRACTED his statements as he could not bring evidence as required by law.

ANSWER:

Whilst the question is NOT posed to me, I would like to REPLY: Resolution 4 is not ideal in normal circumstances. There is NO need for Resolution 4 tomorrow to be approved by shareholders if there is no necessity to do so. Per Accounting 101, the auditors want assurances that the co is signed off as ON A GOING CONCERN ie have funds to remain in business for the next 12 months at least. So, AUTHORISATION to issue is technically now required.

If NO authorisation to issue, then technically, accounting 101, says the co is technically illiquid , lets put it that way.

What about DRC? Actual payment takes a few day for co's or Gecamines to pay and even then a few more days to clear.

So, the award can be made known , be x or y or z ie sealed and awarded and agreed to.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT:

State of play: RRR DRC

Mining Weekly reported on 5.2.24 RRR RNS: " DRAFT AWARD IN THE HANDS OF RRR" and finalisation awaited [para phrased].

JUDGE, DRC COMMERCIAL COURT:

The Judge is NOT there to pass judgment. DRAFT AWARD SENT TO RRR and as norm, to the other party.

Usually, the draft is to ask IF there is ANY MORE LEGAL OBJECTIONS etc within x days. IF NO MORE OBJECTIONS [legal], the award will be STAMPED and both parties get a copy ie called SEALED COURT ORDER.

Obviously, Kinshasa being the capital of DRC is the location of the DRC commercial court. RRR's local associate called to Kinshasha on Tues, last wk. Yesterday's RRR RNS stated: OTHER PARTNER RETURNING TO KINSHASA.

From my understanding, RRR has a 50.1% share in the JV with VUP. So, normally RRR would be the operator by convention. However, RRR is not on the ground in DRC permanently, so has to rely on VUP, the local DRC partner.

Partner of RRR, VUP has to also AGREE to the award.

SO DELAY OR PASS & STAMPED, THE AWARD?

If there is some other sticking point, then a further DRAFT. WHO IS PAYING OUT? Gecamines, the state miner or KAMOTO, the owner now of Musoni ? If it is Kamoto, they cant say they wont pay given there is a court award and they did say they will pay on a court award. Gecamines also cant say they will not pay and if they dont pay to the partnership of RRR & VUP, then , as RRR said it will go to the international arbitration court and get added on ?

A COURT CASE HAS A DEFINITIVE OUTCOME, IE A JUDGMENT AND A SEALED AWARD.

So, what is so difficult to understand given court cases are heard everyday? DYOR. NIA. Just for discussion.

On the subject discussion here about RRR 's lithium, has anyone read what WESFARMERS said yesterday?

They said they cannot make money at this price @lithium.

THAT WAS NOT 10 DAYS AGO, THAT WAS YEARS AGO when that co drilled Tai etc and the RIG strong broke and it went pear shaped. I have just been to the forum just to look, it is now +24% plus. So, you are not a 10 day old investor in that co. Interesting and if you lost, I am sorry for your loss. HEDGE FUND MGR 101 would not have sat from £35k to £1500, or INSTITUTIONS WOULD HAVE CLOSE long ago or lost their jobs. London is the world's No 1 or 2 in financial services and funds.

Doucer: This is the RRR stock forum, NOT HE1. When the RNS came out, it was 0.32p to buy. So, how did you lose at 1.8p?

Majors DONT just explore 1 COMMODITY. Why? Different commodity CYCLES move in different price points --lithium prices are down at the momo. Same with iron ore -Gina is pivoting and so are the majors.

That is a general view from this RRR forum. Why? NOTHING POSITIVE of Bull Points, ONLY BEAR POINTS does suggest that the consensus is to see RRR fail.

RRR FAILS

What happens? Well, if any CEO cannot raise funds for listing, it either gets DE-LISTED or IT BECOMES A SHELL

and A NEW CEO STEPS IN who can raise funds. Yesterday, PJ said that ONE INSTITUTION WANTED AN ALLOCATION more than the general raise. Rick Rule and Arabs are now providing funding ie from the raise for PJs old co. PJ 's old co is a JV PARTNER TO RRR @ RRR Australia. That is up to Mr Bell now - and he is aware of that , as it is common to all AIM co's. Every AIM junior explorer has had many tough years due to the commodity cycle. Even major's share prices have taken a hit from what I read last night on Twitter.

MY POSITION

I have only a small position and I like to know what is happening to the co. Not a big stake for me. I have planned accordingly come what may. ALL STOCKS CARRY RISK, some less, some more and AIM is the most risky.

In the USA, that is also the case and common to all stocks.

The RNS from RRR @Reach was clear. TOMORROW is the RRR AGM and VOTING.

Those who are legal counsels will know what IT ALL MEANS ie draft award documents received by RRR.

One poster here said, it would be good to know. YES, IF ONE HIRES A DRC COUNSEL TO SEARCH THE COMMERCIAL COURT IN KINSASHA, capital of DRC, one should be able to find out the STATE of the arbitration etc.
