I have a reputation for posting facts. You stated like it was some grand mansion. But I looked at the picture /s of the street and nothing like it ie no bay windows or steps up to the house = very basic terrace house.

I have been trained NOT to make assertions without carrying out extensive work on it ie to the level required - it is called professionalism. If you consider the terrace house something to wow about, then it is rather surprising if one looks at the street as it is not the type that has basement and upper floors etc like in Belgravia Square. Andrew Roland McMillan Bell has lived at many addresses per 192.com per the OFFICIAL ELECTORAL ROLL.

For the address you gave at No 2, Wandon Road, London SW6 2JF, it may be of interest to you that Rightmove etc gives official house price HISTORY [from Land Registry] and this particular 3 bedroom terrace house [looks like those in the North of the mill towns] THE FIRST SALE WAS FOR £240k in 1996. So very affordable for anyone £60-70k per yr normal wage depending on interest rates etc. The description you provided sounded like some Georgian house LoL but in fact it is not even with no bay window jutting out type etc. Certainly, not what you thought it was LoL. Some are split into apartments but in London areas like these, splits are not re-designated. Imagine living at Apt 1, 2 Waldon Road. Electoral roll shows 6 persons but I am not checking further. But suffice to say, checks and balances and all that.

The above is from the AFP RNS, 27.1.24. In other data, it was stated Mr Bird spent $20m drilling Kiwara's NW Zambia project and sold to FQ as above. Mr Bird per Market Screener owns 10.7% of AFP valued in early Jan 2024 at £700k+.

So. 2nd time for FQ and Mr Bird to cut a deal, this time in a JV [Lemon consultancy].

The CEO of Southern Cross Gold is going all over the world as investors are interested ie tutes. Southern Cross Gold counts FRANKLIN as a holder. So, they have already done economic studies and co-efficient studies etc. The CEO said it is made up of lower and high grade areas and I have just listened to the video presentation just done. VEGA- LoL, just checked his history -going to other forums to promote HE1. No need to as it shows up on SHARE PRICE if it is the top riser on the London South East.

Vagabond72 -today HE1 went up 32%+. The funding was for 1.5p but it never touched it and lowest was 1.8p.

For the last few days, the share price was going no where but around the 2p range. All of a sudden, it jumped to about 2.4p.

If anyone gets in now, they have to consider it can rise further or just stagnate UNTIL the flow test comes out. So, in asking others to get in now, tell them the whole story. I got in at 0.32p on the day of the RESULTS RELEASED. But now it is 2.4p which is nearly 6x more.

NO ONE WANTS TO BUY INTO RRR WITH ALL THE NAYSAYERS BUT I AM CONTINUING TO SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING HERE. For balance. So, anyone taking vagabond72's advice , dont blame anyone if they jump in at the high at the moment.
