Noble are talking to OFF-TAKERS. Noble said that off-takers will take the helium [at source per what I understood] and the off-takers will be responsible to transport it to DES SALEM, the Port. It is norm that with off-takers, there is corporate leeway. Also , partners.

ONE MORNING, folks will wake up with NEWS as is norm in any large discovery , be it copper, gold etc. Minchin has covered it all before ie partners.

More importantly, she is a RESERVOIR Geo. That makes a lot of difference ie both project management & RESERVOIR Geo. That is why HE1 has over taken Noble - they didnt go down to BASIN ie to test the reservoir. Reservoir is a very specialist area.
