One of the charts show ITUMBULA WEST [marked] and the OTHER FIELDS. ITUMBULA WEST is the LARGEST of the fields and it is marked in DARK RED vs others red but with green and blue. Red is the heavy concentration part - can see the key but maybe someone else can. Comment: LORNA AS SHE SAID HIT THE CORRECT SPOT and it does show thus. So, TAI drilling shows how it matched to the geological maps and therefore, the ACCURACY of the geo map helped to find the high concentrations as norm. Have a look.

Lorna Blaisse CANNOT talk about DIVIDENDS - it is considered FORWARD GUIDANCE. However, for every co that has CASH FLOW , one has to look at whether HE1 cash flow could in theory, support a dividend. If as one poster has calculated HE1 could potentially produced CASH FLOW OF $100M PER YEAR [I F NET cash flow], then potentially US$100m becomes available for dividend. In short, HE1 potentially could PAY OUT ALL $100M net cast flow INTO DIVIDEND, say for example.

So, that could show as an EXAMPLE ONLY, that HE1 currently with a MKT CAP OF £90M appears to be good value. NO CO ever pays out 100% of its cash flow but it is a good INDICATOR of how a co's future cash flow is appraised vs mkt cap.

THIS IS MONEY, SUNDAY.

Today, I saw an article talking about DIVIDEND STOCKS. I recall, HL send out an article about dividend stocks. JUSTIN WAITE last wk said he will no longer be doing junior explorers etc ie the 10 baggers -not the time. So, he will now do podcasts on GROWTH CO's ie those that are £10m mkt cap [or below?]. So, he will have to analyse P/E, profit etc. LoL, this is the same AIM OF FINDING future growth co's and preferably those that can be dividend payers if possible.

I think I know why. Spring Budget may inform that state pension age will be going up further? That is in the Daily Express today with expert saying the cost will soon EXCEED budgets for education, military and Home Office , hence it may have to be cut altogether. Ah, that may be why dividend payers will be what everyone will want or may want?

The interview took investors by surprise: how can it not ie path to commercialisation for the helium discovery. Specially mentioned was "MONITISATION".

Logic & reason: I said the American VC tweeted and stated "PARTNER" news awaited [embedded the above interview].

Does it not follow that if a partner were to be RNS'[ed], say, surely, the producer partner will have to do DUE DILIGENCE eg fly out to Itumbula [see Tai], see wire logs, helium & hydrogen samples, data, DST etc. So, question posed is: Will a partner potentially NOT be welcomed and will a partner not see the relevant needed.? That in, stock market parlance is deemed a CATALYST,? The INDEPENDENT CPR states: 138 BcF. This would suggest the size and this CPR will be detailed and required for sighting by the potential partner? Just asking.

My Comment:

Lorna Blaisse, CE|O of HE1 has covered her back via many fronts, from top Tanz govt in mining, School of Mining in Tanz, PRODUCERS OF HELIUM etc. She has been humble in seeking HELIUM & HYDROGEN ---PRODUCERS --and can have more input if a partner/s approaches HE1 as norm. This way, more experienced hands at production and concensus provides more insight , experience etc. It is insightful how SPECIALIST investment media is featuring HE1 in Canada where HE1 does not have a listing so if folks want to buy, they have to go to the USA OTC.

The American VC who posted on Helium One on Linkedin has an easy recognisable picture [drawing type]. He invested in Conrad Hotels per his Linkedin CV. He is based in the U.K. He made £200k on HE1. Per his twitter , he TWEETED THE LORNA BLAISSE INTERVIEW AND STATED: PARTNER which is the analyst's next CATALYST . So, DE-RISKING and Catalyst are all the SIGN POSTS that need to be watched out for. Why? It is the PATH to re-rating.

Warren Buffett said one PAYS FOR ASSURANCE and that means that by the time , say Apple becomes mega big, it will have passed many steps ie increase in sale, world domination in tech of phones etc ie derisking and catalysts met. HOWEVER, THE PRICE OF THE STOCK WILL HAVE RE-RATING AT EACH OF THESE EVENTS ie deriksing/catalysts. So, one has to pay TOP $ for P/e etc.

Once a co has topped in sale, revenue, then SNAKES & LADDERS could come in ie GONE EX-GROWTH ie share price could weaken on any downturn / discretionary spending = less sales etc & higher costs. This Wall St game is quite simple to understand.

TIER 1

News just out about YORKSHIRE. Remember, how people used all their army pension to sink into that yorkshire mine?

Why did it collapse? Because it was near or at a national park of outstanding beauty, they would NOT allow the mine to operate at surface. So, they had to TUNNEL UNDERGROUND and mine somewhere else. The tunnel had to have its own carrier type rail system and it cost billions. The CEO was a banker . They could NOT RAISE the BONDS etc for the capex as lending had almost collapsed in the market. So, a MAJOR took them over for £ 4 0 5 MILLION. THIS IS A TIER 1 DEPOSIT of fertilizer in Yorkshire, UK. Now, an article has just come out in the This is Money section of Daily Mail ---MAJOR HAS ALREADY SPENT $2BN AND IS EXPECTED TO COST $7BN IN TOTAL. See what I mean about TIER 1 and RE-RATING ie at the time of the share collapse, the major paid not top dollar and even then, it was £405m. See what I mean about CAPEX and how if CAPEX is into billions, it has more challenges. HERE, HELIUM is in demand ie green helium, and like the Yorkshire deposit, it is district scale ie Tier 1. HE! 's capex per Minchin is $50m USD. Small $$ for capex in the mining world that usually starts at some $400m for a sizeable but NOT TIER 1 deposit. So, that is why PATH TO COMMERICIALISATION is less complex. IN MINING, ALWAYS EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED in all cases. Is the Yorkshire story relevant to HE1 - yes, only in so far as to show real time [today's paper] that Helium One in not the usual run of mill capex challenged co ie at $50m capex per Minchin? Even for a MAJOR, $7bn has to come from somewhere and somewhere is financing.

Technically, it should NOT drift down to 1.5p. It might have weaken IF Lorna Blaisse did NOT GIVE THAT CRITICAL INTERVIEW -----"PATH TO COMMERCIALISATION" & "MONITISATION". Why? The negatives will have room but with the OPEN statement [as Minchin had explained but since he is no longer the CEO, we cant quote Minchin said path to commercialisation because it now needs to come from Lorna Blaisse, the current CEO]. If any of us said it, one could say, its only pi's but the CEO did not say it. IT WAS SO CRITICALLY IMPORTANT TO THE GAS INDUSTRY as to what is happening at HE1 at Rukwa, that even Lorna's video was in the Gas World article. It is a primary and big source of coming potential helium and the gas world wants to know what is the state of play ---path announced yet or not. IT HAS and therefore, with no capex issue like at Cascabel for $1.5bn , then HE1 is trading far too low at 0.25% or a bit less at 2.45p.

Once there is A CATALYST, it technically CANNOT GO BACKWARDS ie share price AS IF THE NEWS WAS NOT FACTORED IN. This is 101 EFFICIENT MARKET THEORY of which NEWS is factored into the price , hence the price rose and is steady. In the USA, it rose more of some 30% as the American market is more nuanced.

Thankfully, Lorna's interview on 22.2.24 came out to quell the naysayers ie no news yet. NEWS HAS COME OUT.

ANSWER:

Question in this thread: "WHEN IS A PROJECT DE-RISKED?" In the life cycle of a Junior Explorer, this is the PERIOD of drilling , ...leading to DISCOVERY. So, at Helium One, Lorna's interview on Fri, 22 Jan 2024, that 1st initial period has been reached of initial de-risking GIVEN IT "FLOWED TO SURFACE OF UP TO 4.7% HELIUM" [with 2.2 % hydrogren].

IF THE VIABILITY WAS IN ANY QUESTION, THEN "PATH TO COMMERCIALISATION & MONITISATION" should take a bit longer. However, with the hydrogen, energy to lower capex, it is adding to the attractiveness of the project [also pure helium with nitrogen & hydrogen with no hydrocarbon].

CATALYSTS

Analysts in broker reports will cite the "CATALYSTS" that will prompt a re-rating , say partner /s , JV etc which will remove more of the building blocks toward commercialisation namely CAPEX. In the case of Cronford's example of the co he mentioned, the only reason for 0.2% mkt cap vs valuation is DUE TO CAPEX uncertainty ie how to raise the $1.5bn. In HE1's case, the capex is $50m which is not as demanding [English understatement].

I had a look at Noble Helium's latest broker report and I will re-check but I think it is the same metrics that I mentioned in my last post below. I have to put it down in notes as the FX of £ to A$ needs to be done etc. But Noble Helium of Australia 's helium DID NOT FLOW to SURFACE like HE! nor did they DRILL TO THE BASEMENT OF THE BASIN and poses waiting on further evaluation.

I saw a post by Rana [shortened] on another forum ie oil - Rana asked the forum whether they thought the well will FLOW. LoL - Rana was told by 1 poster: IF I KNEW, I WOULD BE RICHER than now. Why LoL? The naysayers are saying, we next door at on the updip and you lot are on the down dip and may not flow. I didnt bother to check further as I am not interested in oil plays in general as its more complex. Here at HE1, if one reads Minchin etc - they did HELIUM seep tests given it was bubbling up to surface. Herein, is a specialism needed ie RESERVOIR GEO of which Lorna is an expert in given at Tullow, it was also a NEW BASIN PLAY. Any new basin plays are very difficult as there is no historical data of old wells etc so how the basin play pans out etc is one where only an expert can decipher. One AIM co hired a Reservoir specialist but that report was never made public. So, if say, one was a billionaire, then one could hire a specialist to provide an insight, right or wrong will be proven by the results. FINAL DERISKING: PRODUCTION/REVENUE /CASH FLOW BUT THIS IS THE 2ND PART OF THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR EXPLORER - at this stage, it will be P/E, pre and post profit after tax etc. DIFFERENT METRICS THEN just like how the FT100 co/s and such like are evaluated for their profits/FCF etc. Will any stay for that time? Ref: "The Race To Find Green Helium."-The Wired, 12.12.21 Herein, Minchin provided the market valuation of Helium One at $50Bn USD. Next Investors did a valuation for Noble Helium of Australia at $45 Bn [$4.5bn x 10] with a helium price of $450 from recall.

MASTER INVESTORS-John Cronford [Mining Analyst]:

He looks at CURRENT MARKET CAP of a mining co V E R S U S the VALUATION of the deposit/project.

So, HE1 's mkt cap is £90.9 Million @2.45p mid price, Fri, 22 .2. 24 vs $50 BILLION.

Maths: 10% of $50bn USD = $5 billion.

1% of $50bn = $500m.

1/2 % [0.5%] = $250m or £ 1 9 6 million [£1=US$1.27 FX from the last time I checked days ago.]

0.25% = $125m USD or £ 9 8 . 4 2MILLION

CRONFORD STATED THAT IN NORMAL TIMES, IT IS 1-2-3% OF VALUATION OF DEPOSIT/PROJECT.

Conclusion: At the current share price of some 2.45p [mid-price] @£90.9m, it is trading at 0.25% , ROCK BOTTOM with no

issues like HUGE CAPEX into the BILLIONS, which AIM co's find hard to raise even IF they had a TIER 1 DEPOSIT.

As I said, Lorna Blaisse joined HE! and said that it was for the potential of a TIER 1 @Rukwa. Tanz. Indeed, it is a NEW PROVINCE SCALE helium project and globally significant.

One poster asked WHAT IS THE VALUATION ---I cite John Cronford's latest Feb 2024 article using the analysts methodology which I also employ. As for Parker asking me why I use CAPS, its so that I can pick up easily the key words I want to refer to later. If , it is all in small letters, its a mass of words, which is hard to find the key points. On HC, one can use underline, dark print etc. But the facility is not available here.

DYOR, NIA. Just to show the perspective of HE1 market cap which appears NOT demanding given what Cronford said. In M & A or JV, the investment bank will do the calculations of a project's valuation depending on their method used [some use NPV etc], but Cronford's method [which I use normally] is much simplier to value and accepted norm.

Part 2:

In contrast, HELIUM ONE'S CAPEX IS $50M -UNHEARD of in mining in general and the lowest capex for lithium is $400m for a fairly large project, not necessarily Tier 1.

PROJECTIONS

If the projection done by 1 of the posters yesterday of -----$100 MILLION CASH FLOW---------that is out of this world , juxta-positioned with 1 MAJOR MINER with a mkt cap of $36bn on the USA market. The results just came out and the CASH FLOW WAS $100M. Considering the huge mkt cap, the co felt that it has to obtain greater flexibility in its cash position and therefore, HAD TO SELL assets.

So, if the DELIVERABILITY of $100m is feasible as CASH FLOW/py, that will be something that few see on the AIM.

Therefore, wishing Lorna every Blessing as she undertakes this huge task of juggling so many moving parts of the story towards commerciality and hoping the partner/s will be more generous than norm.

Master Investors has just written an update on a few co's [2]. In particular, one has to raise BILLIONS of around $1.5b.

That already is a saving of $1bn. Even then, raising that type of capital is not going to be a ball park. TIER 1 will always RE-RATE any project because of the SIZE of the metal , oil etc.

Lorna was asked why she joined Helium One and she said for the POTENTIAL OF A TIER 1 discovery. At Tai, the string broke and the rest is history relating to the former CEO, David Minchin. On his leaving, he said, he will NOT be the one to deliver the success [para phrased].

In this article, it would appear that LORNA made the decision/s for the LOCATION of the drill , after indications. So, thankfully, her reservoir geo skills came to play. Recently, a UK AIM co hit a rather big time metal BUT BEFORE the results were fully issued to MARKET, the DIRECTORS ISSUED BIG OPTION packages. In Lorna's case, she has NOT DONE SO at the Helium One's low prices.

I hope she will, with OUR APPRECIATION for her work and HE! staff, she will issue OPTIONS as she and the staff are fully deserving of these options. I fully support options for Lorna & staff. Lorna is aware that KEEPING QUIET whilst working in the background may cause investors sleepless nights. LORNA' interview is part of THE REGULATORY framework now. If any co wants to list in the USA etc, their SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILE has to be also VETTED. So, Noble Helium of Australia has done PRESENTATIONS to inform on path to potential commercialisation. So, did Minchin do lots of interviews with Crux Investors etc.

Towards this end, I HOPE THAT FOLKS WILL BE RESPECTFUL TO LORNA and her kids [and husband] by speaking of her in a respectful tone of which she deserves to be treated in that manner. Why? Interview with Lorna Blaisse. My Comment: As I said, Lorna Blaisse was with TULLOW OIL with their big HIT and she was the PROJECT GEO --- & R E S E R V O I R GEO. A reservoir geo is of IMPORTANCE to understand the basin etc and to TAP INTO THE BASIN basement [Noble did not drill to basement basin yet]. ITUMBULA WEST --------F L O W E D TO S U R F A C E --------which is 101, there is basement basin PRESSURE, lifting the helium etc to SURFACE, similar to Pulsar Helium whose CEO was the Co-Founder of Helium One [ex-Rio]. Lorna also said that the energy will low capex ie meant from the well. So much so, it was reported at "GAS WORLD" , the industry's publication and was on the landing page dated 22 Feb 2024 and the link to the above interview was given. THE WHOLE GAS WORLD would know since Gas World also conducts conferences etc for the industry. I said that on Linkedin, Lorna Blaisse, CEO of HE1 showed a pic of herself and 2 others at a Gas World Conference. Obviously, if it was not NEW NEWS, Gas World would NOT have reported and not only that, they provided the VIDEO INTERVIEW AS ABOVE for everyone to watch.

There is a co called Pulsar Helium of Canada. I cite :

Comment: I recall seeing Mr James congratulating HE1 & Lorna? The above explains that Mr James was the co-founder of HE1. Per the Crux Investor's article as above and the Pulsar Helium tweet relating to the "DISCOVERY" as defined by the HELIUM FLOWING FREELY TO SURFACE , it was defined as a discovery, as is the same now for HE1 [helium flowed to surface per 7.2.24 announcement. So, giving an example of a Canadian co also defining "DISCOVERY " as their well was DRILLED and HELIUM FLOWED TO SURFACE. It has to be CAPPED as norm, as without capping, there will be no stopping. I heard some of what David Oliver said as to how he capped the "discovery well."

[2] Next Investors who are investors in Noble Helium of Australia did some calculations using certain perimeters eg price etc and they came out with $45 BILLION [$4.5bn x 10]. Given, there are only 2 players at Rukwa, Tanzania for green helium, the cals do appear to concur.
