Porosity also is one factor to look at, hence why it is often discussed BEFORE results. But Helium One's RNS said to surface, so that was answered in part and insightful. Yes, of course, any good ANALYSIS must take in both the bull points and risk factor.

I like your rather novel style of asking. It is not the barrister's style of a KC or QC. Since it is asked of me, I would be pleased to answer. For clarity: As I cited from peer RNS's, both at Rukwa and one from Canada, the style of RNS falls into the 2 categories ie flowed to surface and not flowed to surface. YES, OF COURSE, PRESSURE is of interest in flow to surface. Suffice to say, that drilling to BASEMENT at the Karoo [basin] for HE1 also is insightful towards this end. Since I was NOT present at HE1's drilling at Itumbula, I would be merely giving a view that may not be in my place to give. However, I did watch the video for the Pulsar Helium 's well ie from the man who was called out to cap it. Again, something to learn.

As I said, "HELIUM ONE: "HELIUM FLOWED TO SURFACE AT 4.7% HELIUM." That is akin to the Pulsar Helium of Canada's ANN/RNS ie flowed to surface. Pulsar Helium 's CEO is the Co-Founder of Helium One. His picture was in the article last night.

Let's say, "helium flowed to surface at 4.7% helium" at HE1 is a better RNS than without flowed to surface as at Noble Helium, neighbour to Helium One at Rukwa,Tanzania. I do NOT know why Noble's well did NOT FLOW to surface and there could be several reasons for that, one obvious one will be they did NOT drill to BASIN DEPTH [basement at Karoo] but rather STOPPED at the 2 shallower levels. Only Noble will know. There is a lot of data to analyse eg POROSITY etc if it does not flow to surface. When the Helium One RNS came out , the share price just went "berserk " , lets put it that way. So, what did the market read from flow to surface. ?

Js15 - Since no one is objecting about EDUCATION 101, then go to 88e as it was posted on that forum re: that stock.

Any stock that does not "FLOW to surface" in general will fall into that category as at 88e - hence why folks are nervy as norm. This is common to all oil stocks. HE1 is helium but STILL, the RNS: "HELIUM FLOWED TO SURFACE AT 4.7% HELIUM" is very nice.

Js15 - Well spotted. The NEXT INVESTOR write up is ABOUT ANOTHER OIL SHARE. So, I cannot name the other share as one is not allowed to talk of an UNRELATED stock. However, I typed out the para phrase as in pick up the words from sentences to quote certain words ie after discovery, they are about to embark on a "FLOW TEST." At the discovery , I do not recall it flowed to surface. So, just to illustrate the point that EVEN BEFORE A FLOW TEST is done, it was CLASSED AS "DISCOVERY." Last night, there was a lot of discussion about discovery especially one chap on Linkedin as Yan wanted to emphasise. Yes, I did not put the sentences in " " for that specific reason ie not about HE1 but to show that wording is standard in the industry.

That data is showing on the London South East HE1 page as above. Bought Value is £1.3m vs Sell Value £824k+.

The last trade showing on this LSE data is "1,874,884 at 2.365p at 16:39:57.

It appears to be a BUY as two other trades at 16:29: 40/43 is also at 2.36/5. At 16:28, there was a red transaction ie Sell at 2.341p.

I have not been keeping a check on the large trades but the above is interesting. Before anyone can chide me for quoting the volume of 54.7 & 34.64m, even if there is an error in the whole section, it is still TOTAL VOLUME.

NEXT INVESTOR

I have just seen a poster provide a Next Investor article [they own shares in the oil co]. Here are the buzz words: "Made a completely unexpected RESERVOIR D I S C O V E R Y -high levels of porosity of up to 16%. In Nov...X, was able to declare a DISCOVERY from 1 out of 6 reservoirs INTERCEPTED. " Flow testing announced & Next Investor said that there will be INTEREST before FLOW RESULTS.

My Comment:

So, not sure why there is an issue given it is NORM as above about discovery and then flow test.

For me personally, I understand a HE1 RNS stating: "FLOWED TO SURFACE AT 4.7% HELIUM."

If one has ever invested in any oil stock, that would be clear. I wont explain further as that would be not my place to do so. Of course, all the potential partners per the interview of 22.2.24 [LSE] of HE1, would also UNDERSTAND WHAT flowed to surface means etc.

I POSTED the BROKER TARGET PRICE that was from MARKET SCREENER. Market Screener puts out RNS , charts etc and is the best site if one wants data. On the London South East, they use Digital Look data and even then, they state clearly they cannot be responsible for an external data agency as norm. So, one poster said he couldnt open the link I gave and could I kindly provide the data. So, I typed out the verbatim. Then, it is up to everyone TO DISCUSS if they WISH - even if any poster works for an investment bank and could use the co's BLOOMBERG TERMINAL, they would probably get sacked if they posted any data onto a share forum. The Bloomberg Terminal cost THOUSANDS and it is per month. FT used to provide the broker forecast FOR FREE but for Helium One, it is via subscription. ON SOLG, EVERYONE POSTS FROM THE FT broker target. NO ONE POSTING FROM A PUBLIC OPEN DATA SITE [I checked via IG & \MarketScreener], I cannot provide MORE THAN THAT. I do not just post broker target price for HE1 but for any other stock as well IF NO ONE POSTED IT. I see another poster has KINDLY CHECKED AND WHAT I POSTED WAS CORRECT FROM PUBLIC DATA. No one can obtain more than what is public data unless they work in an INVESTMENT BANK and that data does not belong to any employee to use on a public stock forum.

HOWEVER, YOU STATED "FALSE INFO" and that has implications with regards to FCA regulation and even on this site citing FCA regulation. Then you stated re: to another poster, that it is "ILLEGAL". My word, even if you dont know FCA regulations, the word "FALSE" is in plain English and has its implications. For that reason, I have to provide CLARIFICATION FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT. So, are we here as fellow shareholders to share and if not correct, then KINDLY PROVIDE THE DETAIL OF THE ANALYST , INVESTMENT HOUSE, DATE ETC. Now , you accept that it may not be CANNACORD GENUITY of June 2021 as they stated "SPECULATIVE BUY" at 21p but the one that IG quoted was "STRONG BUY" at 20p and dated 7 Feb 2024. I checked Market Screener and it stated the 20p dated 25.2.24. SO, IN CONCLUSION: YOU CANT TELL US FOLKS HERE THAT YOU HAVE THE DATA EITHER SINCE IT MAY NOT BE THE 21P DATED JUNE 2021 YOU WERE SO SURE OF via this page. Thank you and with due respect. Cant go unanswered. I note you also took issue with LIBERUM INTERVIEWING LORNA BLAISSE - I then gave you a link and then you went quiet. You stated Lorna NEVER WAS INTERVIEWED BY LIBERUM - but she was at a FIRESIDE CHAT. Best we leave it at that.

I hope you dont mind re: clarification. We are all here for 1 purpose ie we want to see Helium One do well. However, some key words were used and therefore, it needs to be clarified. Why? It has implications beyond this forum. I am hope you can appreciate that we can only obtain public data unless we can have access to a BLOOMBERG PROFESSIONAL TERMINAL, in which case, then we can be more nuanced as to details. However, the Bloomberg Professional terminal belongs to the employer ie investment bank. As for the flow rate, the CEO's RNS has been REVIEWED by the Nomad .

From Noble Helium's [neighbour to HE1 at Rukwa, Tanz] announcement [ANN/RNS] - There was NO FLOW data reading. Their ANN did NOT state "IT FLOWED TO SURFACE at X% ."

From Helium One's RNS: It stated "FLOWED TO SURFACE at 4.7% helium."

Pulsar Helium of Canada [CEO is the former Co-Founder of Helium One] and their RNS stated FLOWED TO SURFACE.

POSTERS

FLOW RATES cannot be stated at this time . Why? From the co's I have seen , the flow rates can only be RNS' [ed] IF FLOW TESTING has been done and this will be over a period of time. This was all discussed during the days of the Gatwick project wherein flow of a day etc cannot be CONSTITUTED AS THE OFFICIAL FLOW RATE UNTIL a FLOW TEST is done say over x days. IHope this clarifies -- I have been to CEO.CA for Pulsar Helium's stock forum and NO ONE is asking for FLOW RATE at this time.

If anyone here on this forum works as an ANALYST at a investment bank etc, they have the professional BLOOMBERG TERMINAL and therefore , they can see the ANALYST , the rating and the date plus the name of the firm.

On GGP, one poster works for an investment bank and he can see the major shareholders ie funds.

I have JUST re-checked the London South East "BROKER RATING" icon at the top of this page and I quote VERBATIM:

"23 June 2021 CANNACORD GENUITY , Speculative Buy, 21p.

23 Mar 2021 CANNACORD GENUITY, Speculative Buy, 20p."

Comment:

So, the later "speculative buy" is 21p. But IC, Market Screener all have it on 20p from REFINITIV as the source dated 7 Feb 2024. IG's quote was "20p, STRONG BUY from 1 analyst." NOT THE SAME , IS IT , SIR ie 21p and 20p [IG]?.

So, stating that I am posting ...ISNT CORRECT. As said, take it to IG and Market Screener.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT:

There is no ...as you suggest. The IG article was written by a Senior Financial employee at IG. Everyone talks the standard data they have ie ALL BUY INTO THE SAME DATA BANK. They dod not RE-ANALYSE further , the rating given the date is still current. If anyone has any issue with this, then TAKE IT UP WITH IG , A STOCKBROKING FIRM that follows the same standard data collection. Hope that helps. However, if you disagree with standard DATA COLLECTION, then take it up with IG because even FT uses the same data bank. But at FT, I cannot get the forecast as its on subscription.

A transcript of the above interview has been posted today. It does state: "P A R T N E R S" [plural].

Does it make any sense that IF these potential partners have no DATA, can the co be even in a position to talk to PARTNERS?

So, obviously, there is adequate data ie wire-logging, seep analysis, pressure, porosity and all the rest of it.

Comment: The only reason why it is dated 7 Feb 2024 is because IG wrote the article on 7 Feb 2024. I checked last night and it was still the same as what IG stated. Hope that clarifies.
