How terribly flattering that I am no longer on filter.
As a holder of RRR shares, one is NOT interested in SEMANTICS of what constitutes dilution. FACT 101: FUNDING RNS OR NO FUNDING RNS ie called placing as AGM ARTICLE 4: AUTHORITY TO ISSUE.
This cannot hold back FOREVER - WORKING CAPITAL is needed by any AIM co that is not profitable. So, if NO FUNDING per the resident/s here, then, SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE:
[1] SHORT POSITION THAT IS UNDISCLOSED will have to be CLOSED.
[2] If in theory, say, not closed, then the UNDISCLOSED SHORT INCREASES if there are buys to any extent.
[3] The market has to BUY shares to cover the undisclosed short position.
[4] Any RRR RNS that could move the price upwards means shorts in theory will have to cover more aggressively.
THAT IS ALL THEORY and HAS HAPPENED BEFORE AT UKOG, history now.
In the USA, shorting brings the price lower and therefore funding is ever done on a lower scale, with shareholders losing their money/savings. ALL KNOWN IN THE MARKET. SO, NOW TRUTH WILL OUT =========IF NO PLACE RE: AGM ARTICLE 4: AUTHORITY TO ISSUE.====
Resident has left this forum. That is also interesting given the emphasis that a placing was coming MEGA TIME from RRR AGM Article 4. WHERE IS THE PLACING IE MEGA?
