This is important, they are not recognising the conclusion on the results, they must have a reason to call BS:

Just saying they have decimated the value of two businesses, now is not the time to rely on a new arm to the business, they should strengthen the current business first, the SP knows who will pay for the new dev work..

Until then we just have to keep watching the company value disappear.. 69p to 21p in 2 Month since the takeover was announced.... quite a feat!
