Sounds a bit nuts but if they can get the next two lakes up and running on debt and clear it in the debt in 5 years. Then we have £180 million per year profit, say £110 mil Divi or 20p a share X 36k shares could be £7k Divi per year into retirement... That would help!

I'm up to £11k now with a 29p average, hoping for a great 2021 here and I don't usually forecast but can see 40p happening this year.. fingers crossed! £234 million m/c is achievable I would think...
