Financial Highlights:
· Revenue decreased by 29% to £3.16m (2019: £4.46m)

· Gross margin decreased to 42.9% (2019: 67.5%) reflecting the fixed nature of labour costs on reduced sales

· Statutory loss for the period of £0.28m (2019: £0.29m)

· EBITDA loss of £1.29m (2019: profit of £0.25m)

We should find out this week if they are to get a priority review, not a huge deal if not but would be helpful

Funny old day today. The thing that's missing is relationships.. we all invest based on out own research and hope we have made the right choice of stock to invest our hard earned money in, but we are hoping that they are straight up people running the show.

Then we get an announcement like today, the company needs to do an emergency fundraise. As none of us know or have a personal relationship with Tony alarm bells start ringing loudly, it's a natural reaction to think something dodgy is going on.. So is it an error of judgement, is it intentional, is it dropping the price to let their friends in cheaper.. we don't know as we don't know the guys character.. he seems ok but you never know.

So, some sell, some hold and some trade, we all make our own choices when this sort of thing goes down.. unnecessary stress to be honest.. I'm hoping it was just a massive **** up by the CFO, they do a small fundraise and move forward..
