Ay up belstaff, I’m purposely staying away apart from the odd look to see what’s happening. However, if you are that agreaved by the situation and it has got under your skin the way the MMS are playing games complain to the FCA you never know it may actually by some miracle have he effect of someone wagging a finger in the right direction. If the MMS are sailing very close to the wind thy behave themselves for a little while. I know that no one can make you feel better when you feel that you’ve had a sh*t day but tomorrow will be a good day as Sir Tom would say.

Do ya know, I’m not clairvoyant, I don’t have a crystal ball and I don’t read tarot cards, so I don’t know whether this will be partial or whole company sale or even a joint venture or any combination of all three. However, it has been stated many times that the bod want to maximise shareholder value. So whatever the final outcome of this FSP I know that it will be the best that our bod, UBS, Piper and all of the banks involved can get us. Meanwhile, I’m sat here waiting for what I believe to be a brilliant financially rewarding year of my life. I’m here until the end result, and by the looks of it so are the IIs, and Phil Taylor by the looks of it. Have a brilliant day everyone.

A little disappointed to see that an RNS issued after such a lovely rise in the sp, but I do think the drop will only be for a little while. We all expected some news, just a shame it was a placing. However, the bright side of the coin is that the funds are going to be used to move the company in the right direction so no all gloom and doom.

Okfornow, my intention will be to sell £20K out of my trading account and buy straight back into my ISA. If it saves a few thousand pounds good to uncle Rishi in CGT then it will be worth it.

Patient, I don’t know what will happen when the market opens, but I’ve just seen a trade pop up on ADVFN for in excess of 48 million shares. Whether it’s a buy or cell that sort of money is going to do some talking. I hope it’s a buy.

I’m hoping the sp starts and ends in the blue today. Yesterday’s RNS showing that we have 43% more of PGMs in the ground at WK was fantastic news and as we all know the world is screaming out for them. Tilly, perhaps I was a bit hasty asking who would sell after an RNS like this one, perhaps some of the selling was indeed shorts being closed before tomorrow morning lift off into the 30s.

Frankie, open an ISA now, then once you have it established IF you can afford to do so put the relevant funds into it that would buy you the same number of shares as you currently hold - buy those shares, then sell those that you hold in your trading account and you have successfully got your holdings sheltered from any tax. Simples

If you don’t have the free cash to do the above still get your ISA open, that way your broker can do a sell and buy from one account to the other.

All IMO of course etc etc

Yes is the simple answer ( no not a speeding ticket). But only because I’m feeling spiteful towards those that dumped their shares back onto the market, and along with the MMs dragged the sp back down.

Nice bit of excitement for the latter part of the afternoon and at least we didn’t have the botfly buzzing around us for a little while.
