Ian, thanks mate, as I said to GFD yesterday only time will tell if it’s going to work out, but I know it requires a lot of work like anything worth having.

In this case I’ve done all of my work and invested my money, now all I need is for Piper to complete their hard work and bring this beauty home.

Morning Sax and Ian, a wet day to be had here in Norwich so I suppose I’d better spend the day undercoating the woodwork in the main bedroom that will keep me busy while we’re waiting for the RNS that will change our lives. As you say Sax another week gone and another week closer but one thing is for certain one week the news will come and it should be brilliant.

Ian, I hope you get back to the Scilly isles sooner than you think and enjoy some first class time with Becky, keep up the good work mate.

GFD, I mended fences with the ex (whether that’s good or bad only time will tell, thanks for the good wishes, time, now that’s something we’ve got plenty of right now haven’t we). It’s called the Crab House in Wells next the Sea and to answer your question on was it good - I’m not that much of a sea food lover so am not really qualified to answer. However, she is an had the platter for one - there was enough food on there for two easily. Lobster was disappointing but the rest very nice apparently. The next time we go out it’s got to be for a decent curry.

I think there’s positives on both side of this argument, but everyone has assumed that the bod haven’t tried to release info to everyone. Any info to be released has to go through the NOMAD, how do you know that it’s not him that won’t allow it?

cj62, take her to the expensive fish restaurant at least you’ll have something to show for your money:-). I’ve only ever been to Newmarket for a racing and music night, Brian Adams was playing, I won about £80 and went home a happy man.

I’ve heard a rumour that Vod have lost the FCO contract with the government, that’s not good when you’re losing guaranteed income like that. Unless of course the bid team made sure that they didn’t get the contract renewed of course, under instructions from on high.

Bricks, thanks for sharing that info with the rest of us. A few of us that have been here since 2018 and before have seen the sp shall we say managed very carefully by an unseen hand, and despite info being sent to the authorities nothing ever seems to happen. I’ve never met anyone who is a nomad so don’t really know the intracacies of their job or how close they are to rubbing shoulders with market makers, IIs and the like so I don’t have too much of a view on what they can and are willing to do to assist in stopping any shenanigans that may be going on. I think we all believe that with the info that has been released the sp shouldn’t be down at this level , only time will tell I guess.

Tilly, thanks mate, I didn’t get on here hardly at all yesterday so I’m pleased to see some shorts already being closed. It’s a good sign if that’s happening. Just over an hour to go and we’ll find out if the volume increases to what would have been normal.

Morning one and all, let’s see how the market reacts to the latest piece of the jigsaw puzzle that the bod have put in place, hopefully as a positive and a blue day and maybe a little break in the 20p shenanigans. Good morning All, I trust you had a restful weekend and didn’t get caught in some or any of those flash floods. Thankfully the palm trees are still just swaying gently in the breeze here in sunny Norfolk and there was no rain in my part at all. Now it’s the start of the last trading week of July and hopefully a week that will get some news put on the table for us all to enjoy.
