I found out today my father sold alot of his brh holding last week at a loss he held 324000 shares,managed to do two 100k volume sells on Thursday morning , he has retained the other 124000 shares .

So 2 of those 100k sells was my father.

I'm still holding 184k shares.

Have you spoken to viv in the last week or 2 ?

What did you find out ?

Have you actually spoken to trevor brown or viv hallam?

I did email viv late December he couldn't answer my questions due to insider information etc which I understand.

Time will tell see if a tr1 appears.
Tb knows what's going on obviously why not sell in 30's ?

Could jump back to 30's again it dropped to 27 Oct I think then shot back up on nothing.

I thought after the video was released we had reached a turning point but no.

I thought free association books hold about 4million plus shares,tb holds 4 to 5 million shares.

Tb grandson is now director of free association books.

Surely if tb or fab are selling a tr1 would have to come thru in the past tr1 have come thru for other directors who hold less than 3% of total shares in issue.

Tb and viv also have options which can only be used if share price is 36p I think it is definitely in 30's.

True,the way uk gov have screwed uk test firms is shocking so even if free lft is scrapped soon unless your vulnerable etc probably have little impact on avct/odx as uk gov seem determined not to use uk companies.

Some reports stating no plan to scrap free lft,until it is confirmed it seems like rumours.

I understand your frustration paul,if your on twitter look at conversation with prof carl smythe he's been asked if current clinical trials are to obtain ce certification and ukca he said yes.

We've been told company's are in 3rd or 4th rounds of meetings with braveheart hopefully that is true.

Regards dividend could come from a potential sale of paraytec or exit from phase focus.Mentioned in half year report I think.
