I can understand the sensitivity to the strategic partner process, though TBH every question I have asked any AIM company, I have never received a answer to my question , or if I had a reply it was very similar to yours, in other words we fear to say anything market sensitive!

It just makes me laugh how CEO's get away with this behavior, I do half expect it, but maybe I was hoping for too much from AV, to actually keep us informed.

The thing is for example at work would I get away with being a month overdue of a deadline, though then again I would ensure I wasn't overdue. However in AIM, there appears to be a certain way of working, that we just have to endure.

A update RNS could of been posted, why is this overdue, what is the hold up, was the list that long or wasn't there great suitors at the beginning? I know it's guess work, but surely we should be hearing something soon?

TT - TBH I rarely believe any deadlines now from a BOD, as rarely are they kept, an update to the situation would of been handy to have. We nearing October end, for a procedure, which meant to be completed in September. I am all for confident CEO's, though many just give the talk and not deliver, so far AV been ok on this, but the strategic partner procedure is way overdue and the communication has been somewhat disappointing.

Agree, there has been positive talk that has always emerged from the board, but it's time for action now and for the lip service to stop, we need some hard news that the market can take into consideration, the SP is a joke for what is to meant to be coming.

Ok off topic but with that BB, you only have to argue anything, which they don't want to hear and you get shouted down as a de ramper. I am not saying they don't have a decent resource, though what use is it in the ground doing nothing, they years of of production I gather. Though they seem to think they should be much higher.

We are ahead, in the scheme of things, yet a lowly SP, though it's plain to see Lithium has cooled in the last couple of months, but confident it will rise again.

I might be a bit premature, but is there a sudden up turn in the SP, IE seller out etc, it's quickly gone to blue.

I know broker notes have to be taken with a pinch of salt, though what to come and this is at 5.60p, I am surprised that more not taken a position, though someone or people are with those buys, but yet the SP don't move up!

Hopefully, soon we shall have the news of the strategic process to underpin the SP, I must admit I didn't think we'd see the 5's again after that mini run in July. Though, I just see these time as a grab a few more opportunity, as still believe in ATM .

It has always been about 2024 and getting some production figures posted out there, so the market takes ATM seriously, I do feel other Lithium miner who just have a pit of resource seem to get more exposure such as ALL.

Hopefully the Tin, will provide a solid income base,(as long as the prices stay at a certain level) so the Lithium is a free hit, IMHO at these prices, a bit of steal, then again I suppose I am bias!

I think we will, though at the moment it does appear to be what sentiment you have being a Lithium miner. IE ALL are getting a lot of exposure the ML was granted, though posters are saying they are a miner not an explorer, well they years of producing anything, yet hit 30p today.

It does seem that some Lithium based companies the market favours them more than others, surely we must be getting a SP rise upon the strategic partnership news when it comes.

No problems buying on the dips, it's the way to do it, I wish I could get more here, though I see ALL are on the provisional brink of the ML, shares there are tightly held, so can see that rising, if they get news. It was one of my go too's if when get major ATM profits, I would of thought ATM SP be further up, so hoping I haven't missed a decent entry in to ALL.

I wouldn't be completely surprised to see an announcement nearer end of October, as these things take time, but surely we must be close to finalizing.

I concur MB11, the book seems to of changed a bit, wonder if now sentiment will turn here for the better?

Naturally, last month at the eco seminar the PM statement, the charge of Lithium was blunted, but I think soon we should hear the result of the strategic partner process.

It would be pleasing to move the SP into a new Bollinger band and get the 1 trade I did at 9.30p, finally into the blue!

Copper would be a very nice addition to the ATM mineral collection!

IMHO, the strategic partner and the Lithium production will be a touch paper for ATM. The SP is where it currently, is on sentiment and news the market has to base things on.

I am fairly confident, that once ATM start post news and production profit figures, the SP is going one way!

It quite strange with AV, he often giving the high enthusiasm like mouthwatering etc and now all gone a bit quiet, though I am wondering if the SP been walked a but down, to let people in?

I can't believe how common this is in AIM market, a lack of clarity at presentations, why not more exposure on things, is it because of the forthcoming announcement of a partner, thus not to spoil it until it's done? If that is the case, then I can understand it, but as Peking says does seems like a missed opportunity, would of been nice to receive some supporting news to keep enthusiasm in the SP.
