My feeling is firstly the timescale, I wonder why AIM companies give deadlines, as I have rarely seen one yet, which actually been met. In the strategic partnership said September, I took that as 30th September if at all, then I put another 6-8 weeks on and probably where it’s at. I initially thought maybe end of October, but I wonder in this situation they awaiting clarification on the results of the stuff, if I was going into partnership with someone I would want that in stone, excuse the pun!

As a PI, I assume to have no communication, (any is a bonus) what can they say the Strategic partnership ongoing, how much does a RNS cost, if no information, to report would it be worth spending on it?

Your average is very low, even just with the tin you should be fairly safe, mine is about 6p, so but I am not overall concerned at the moment, I just want AV to get this show on the road and moving again, once the news (hopefully good) is released, can be digested by the market and should underpin a higher stable SP Bollinger range.

Though, then again this is AIM and anything can happen!

I have this feeling that things have been agreed with the Strategic partnership, we might be getting news fairly soon.

Certainly does with Blackrock, it's a sector which will expand in time.

It's the main reason why I entered in here with a 5 year plan (I have been in since April 2022), or until the SP reaches my sell out point, or a buy out of ATM occurs.

That would be a good range pre news, the 7-8p range, I am still hopeful soon that my 1 tranche trade of 9.55p will 1 day be in credit!

Another blue rise this morning, I get the sense that some news is coming?

Suddenly, we were drip dropping and now a turn around, though TBH how this was ever in the 5's was a complete joke.

If the news is coming, I hope AV has the sense to release decent news on morning morning & not Friday.

I hate it when companies release decent RNS on Friday & the momentum gets stifled by the weekend, before it gets going

Ok interesting re the process of burning etc. Yes a definite answer on this would help settle the market.

The thing is, the unknown with ATM, IE the resource, the SP is really in it's infancy at the moment , due to what they could actually have, hard to place a SP on it, the market can only mark it upon what it has received.

I view ATM, as a long term hold with new levels of SP, being created along the way.

Hopefully, not long to wait for another piece of news IE the strategic partnership.

Though re KOD, it's almost bagged in a week, so I am hoping once we receive good positive news then it will underline a new SP range for ATM.

AV has set the bar high with the quote 'eye watering', just hope it lives up to expectations, as generally what a CEO states, isn't necessary what the market reflects, but we'll see!

I see on ADFVN some de ramper on there saying about the Lithium is low grade and insinuating

the market does not want to know etc, though looks like they just go around the boards de ramping.

Good point about the smelter bit, though as you say should been only 3/4 front runners in the making and surely could give an update.

It seemed like to me that Eco RNS was a staller to let is know they still alive!

Agree, what is taking so long with this deal.

I could be wrong but generally do good deals for something that is sought after take a long time to sort out? Apparently, we had loads of interest but I would of thought it would been concluded by now, so I am hoping it's not a case of the partners and offers weren't that good and we now scrambling around to try and get what we can?

AV needs to start delivering, enough of the lip service we had that, the time to start putting the show out there there is now.

I know I might be biased, but this hasn't got far to go for a bag, the strategic partnership should in theory set a new bollinger band, so I am surprised more not taking a position at these levels, but the herd probably turning their attentions to other commodities.

Times like this you just have to try and turn the negative into the a positive, which means top up!

Another drop, I have to say we seem to be more affected by drops than other miners in the same sector, surely this can’t go into the 4’s.

I do wonder how much of a rise we shall even receive upon positive strategic partner news, probably be lucky to get past 7p at this rate.

In AIM especially most are driven on sentiment and the lack of news and communication is obviously driving this dip, though we have been in the 4’s before when Tin prices were low, so hoping the path going forward will be a bit smoother than it is currently, once we receive a good outcome of the partnership process.

I agree, if the outcome is good then certainly worth waiting for, it's just the delay is very frustrating + no communication. I just want the conclusion of this deal so we can move on to the next level.

Certainly a link there yes. Though ATM is all one jigsaw puzzle, get the strategic partnership in the bag and hopefully set a new SP in double digits

I must say up until September I was kinda satisfied with the communication from the BOD, it was more than other AIM companies I had been in the past. Though the lack of communication on the strategic process, it's very much over the deadline, I am hoping that ATM isn't turning into the usual AIM company .

I agree as shareholders we need more answers to certain questions, 9% is a lot of royalties to give away.

I would think that positive news of a strategic partner should in theory get us past 12p, though in this market currently even a new high might only just achievable?
