Thanks for enlightening us Leesadee as you’re the only one with access to news and we SHs just make investments splashing about in the dark. Also thanks for worrying about what might or might not be good for H&W as clearly we need your expert advice to run the company. Btw, are you charging by the post or is this priceless advice free of charge?
Nice work Spud for the snapshot of the protestor being SH - wonder how many such disguised SHs are there! I’m sure some feel pressured into appearing to be resisting the project while themselves seeing its merits and have perhaps invested.
That’s my guess-timate seeing as all previous posts by SHs address her as Lisa
Agree with what you are saying Islander1, and I didn’t bother engaging with leesadee until I saw blatant lies posted here which prompted me to go check out twitter (a new platform for me). Not expecting genuine shareholders to actually bother refuting her wild and fabricated claims on twitter, she and her mates began posting that Infa have bots/PR accounts, aside from other violent scenarios - you could see for yourself to believe the stuff out there. Infa is certainly not paying me to post my views here or on twitter (I doubt JW even knows I exist) but equally the lies and hypocrisy of these NIMBY protestors must be challenged. And yes, she’s blocked several shareholders, including me, who don’t agree with her, yet keeps asking the same questions over and over again without the tiniest of interest in listening with an open mind. Would love the gas/hydrogen if it were somewhere else, might even invest if it were somewhere else, but because it’s in their vicinity, they don’t like it. Their underhanded tactics are mildly comical at best, unethical and defamatory at worst.
Agreed Razor Shultz. There’s a fair bit of Infa bashing going on under false pretences, mostly by a handful of locals who don’t want the project in their vicinity and are using green/commercial concerns as decoys for their real reason. They are vile on twitter, with gifs showing violence towards Infa and liberal use of abusive language. That they are deploying multiple tactics only goes to show the potential that Infa have, especially now with H&W in the mix. Attempts to scare investors with blatant lies and fudged up tales is not only unethical but also patronising, condescending and frankly, desperate.
INFA’s rescue officials H&W makes it to 2019’s highlights for Northern Ireland. JW and AR have managed what the government, deep pocket investors and as Dawski calls them “Big Boys” couldn’t do! 2020 should be very exciting for INFA!

Speedy, Very interesting story you share about our good friend Leesadee! So this does appear to be her day job, ensuring that there is no economic growth in Islandmagee. Very curious choice of profession I must say, can’t believe some locals actually support this hogwash instead of backing team JW to deliver for the region.
Agreed Speedy. Also Leesadee, it’s most devious of you to keep saying ‘great to see ships at H&W’ and announce that you wish them well when it’s clear your agenda is anything but. You do realise that it’s thanks to INFA and their business plan that H&W is where it is today. You don’t wish INFA or H&W well, by offering lip service to one and then trashing the other you are fooling no one.
How do you care what the capex cost is leesadee? That’s us shareholders’ problem, not yours. Whether there is PCI status or not, EU funding or not, it’s not your problem. Have you really absolutely nothing better to do with your time than to spend hours and hours digging up spurious information with the sole aim of downing INFA and creating nonsensical trouble?
BlairPeach, J and W are the initials of the interim chairman, so hardly the definition of incoming/new. I doubt he has such time on his hands to waste as some here clearly have.
Scoredagain, hypocrisy about sums it up. Living a gas guzzling lifestyle themselves and protesting against gas storage. Nice.
Speedy, they’ve even cut and pasted one of JR’s posts here and put it up on twitter to make it appear like a genuine shareholder is aggrieved by woodburn. Deceit and misrepresentation all over. And these are the people talking about safeguarding the environment. Shame.
Nazareme, you can’t possibly “respect” and wish the workers of H&W well if you want their company to fail. They are celebrating their rescue and don’t need your inputs especially as your logic is most distorted. Find yourself another purpose in life, INFA and H&W happen to have found their direction and are going to fly.
Nazareme, I doubt the good workers of H&W would agree with you on that, those who are celebrating this Christmas with their families thanks to INFA. What part of economic growth and how it works is unclear to people who sit comfortably in their homes and pass armchair judgement over business and its many pitfalls will forever remain a mystery. Once again, this is a new team, new vision, new strategy. Clearly you wish neither Infa nor H&W well so not entirely sure what you are doing here.
“Someone with more than the lineaments of a eunuch”??? Wow Setanta, couldn’t find anywhere lower to go?
Speedy, my views, and I’m confident those of all other serious shareholders here, precisely. And repelling invaders of hard earned money is every honest person’s right. The team appears to be doing new and exciting things now, let’s hope they deliver quickly and decidedly.
Speedy, a wife like that must certainly be treasured! Have a wonderful Christmas and here’s hoping the new year will be nice and cheery for all Infa/H&W workers, supporters and shareholders!
I do hope, for your sake Speedy, that your wife is less nasty than what I’m seeing here!
Leesadee, branding concerned and invested shareholders as “those on the PR side of the company” is neither ethical nor warranted but does show your position clearly. You really must very much want this company to not succeed. Wouldn’t be surprised if your concern for H&W is also just a front because you can’t possibly be seen as not supporting the rescue of so many jobs. Not nice in the tiniest bit.
You are quite right Speedy, time will indeed tell all. And of course no two people see one outcome in the same light. What looks like a golden opportunity with H&W to me appears to be confusing and muddying the waters to others. This confusion is what the protestors are picking on and feeding off and using as feedstock to create further doubt and ambiguity. A few good months with some solid good news as a result of the hard work of the Infa team and investor sentiments will be calmed no doubt. Very much hoping it will be with the ML but H&W may well trump it to begin with, seeing as work is already happening there. Whichever comes first, it looks like we can expect strings of positive news in the coming weeks and months.
