You were here for the long haul and i dipped in and out.

I sold a lot at 0.68p for a 225% profit I think it worked out at and I've kept about £1200 In.

I was hoping at 0.68p it would drop back to 0.50p so i could buy alot more back but it never did.

I'll definitely hold until the court decision as I think that's a cert I just had to take an over 200% profit

I'm glad I convinced you too GordonB, even at 0.68p you have done 15 odd percent already and this will have a second blast Wednesday after the RNS. My guess is probably 1.10p.

I will buy back more tomorrow if there is a slip back to 0.50z but the way it ended probably not.

I have a soft spot for gambling on these terrible shares and a few come good.

Funnily enough this one here could end up being anything but a distressed share once the court goes are way Wednesday!!

I don't know anything about DISH of I'm honest and I Googled it but there wasn't much about the RTO.

I think like all these shares you have to be in so so low to make any real money and you need alot of luck.

Like today for example if you bought at 0.77p here this morning u would not be down 20% already and chasing.

So to buy DISH now wouldn't interest me as I think this spike there won't last until there is more positive news and I don't really hold these shares once they spike.

This is one was different cos it kept dropping to 0.25p zone and now it could get very interesting.

It may drop back to 0.50p before 4.30pm tomorrow ss people take profits as the share going to suspension, even temporary will put people off just incase the unlikely happens.

I am happy to hold the rest of mine into Wednesday and if it does hit 0.50p again I may have a few quid more as I genuinely can't see this not being withdrawn or the judge accepting the new deal.

The only slight doubt for me is what the creditor's will come up with and if there is any danger of them not being paid.

Short of that I really think it will be fine and I would expect 1p by Friday at least once the court has been passed and especially with another positive RNS about the next steps

Yes it was more luck this time I was going to sell today even at 0.17p as I bought recently at 0.219p and didn't really want to hold into the court hearing.

Of course that's all change now.

I've tool some profit at 0.68p but I've left a decent bit in as I think with these 2 directors in control (very good CVs) it will be over 1p Wednesday.

Always a risk incase things change etc but it looks like a deal may already be set up for an RTO.

These 2 won't work for nothing and they will have many many contacts

This is spiking because of an unbelievable RNS and not just hype!!

Pumpsand Dumps are of course commom ,especially on Aim and it will drop I think back to 0.50p until Wednesday BUT your P and D are not done on the back of an RNS that is so unbelievably positive from a SP that is so battered.

Reardon95 remember this spiked to 0.75p on the fact a date was changed for the meeting of the liquidation vote.

With all this news today how this is only 0.55p can only be put down to the fact that there is still a court case.

The judge won't even bother he will just agree to withdraw the application

The shareholders twice refused the liquidation on offer and now they have 2 experienced BOD members who are not taking a wage.

The court withdrawal will be a formality I think.

The fact it still has to be suspended Wednesday and the court has to decide is why this is still only 0.50p

Once we get the confirmation the company can continue I'd be amazed If this isn't 1p again by Friday and any positive regarding an RTO and god knows where is will go

Yes it will still suspend Wednesday but it looks absolutely certainly the court will not go ahead with the liquidation order.

Once that news is passed in an RNS I think this will have a second run 1p Wednesday and hopefully carry on.

They clearly think they have a chance of an RTO in the near future and at 0.50p this is ridiculously cheap 200L market cap

I didn't even look at the individual trades I must admit today. I just looked at the buy and sell info.

I know very often buys are reported as sells...always amazes me how the system gets it wrong but with a 9% spread I'd assumed it would be accurate but I can see what you mean.

Makes sense why this stayed blue.

Let's hope we see an RNS with something positive and some upward movement next week.

Definitely no big sells today as the SP stayed flat. Any big trade would probably be shown off book but the SP didn't indicate there was today.

It is blue but only because the 1.10p close yesterday was a bit of a false drop last thing but YESt's still blue so the SP held well.

No one expected 14 days ago [sp was then 100% exactly higher @ 2.25p] to be sitting on 1.13p and ODEY still a complete wildcard being they are the biggest holders and in so much trouble.

Looking at the trades today [im guessing all PIs] it was still 13k sells about 350 quid buys so no support as yet from nervous buyers.

I genuinely think this will move back up again but if ever an RNS with something positive was needed it is now.

Even another director by [the last was only 12k] but moved it up 25% would be massively appreciated now.

I think who ever got in at 0.17p and if they intend to hold into Wednesday did a great move at that price.

It's still a gamble but for 500£ if you are prepared to lose it then it could be a great buy in and could end up being worth 3x if this spikes to 0.68p [the usual spike] if the court rejects the liquidation.

A cool 2k they could walk out with from 500... lol makes it sound easy I know!!

Again the annoying MMs would have encouraged alot more buys if they keep the spread at 0.17/0.15p

It's stil 12% almost but that is expected with this share and that can be traded if the buys kick in so people will go for it.

To buy at 0.20p and it be 0.15p to sell straight away is no incentive at all.

We keep on saying the selling is over BUT we don't know this for sure and the SP is doing absolutely nothing to confirms it's over.

They may continue next week as more bad news arrives regarding ODEY.

A] The SP is still dropping and is heading to 1p

B] ODEY still own 13% and they may be FORCED to sell ALL...Over 68 million shares !!

C] Other funds who see ODEY selling could sell too as the SP drops and may buy back later, at an obvious lower SP, IF ODEY announce they have to sell all.

D] The obvious cash burn as stated in the last RNS is certainly not helping this SP too.

PIS are bailling from this too by the looks of the sells today.

I'm in at 1.80p and I too am concerned of how this is looking.

An update from ODEY that they don't have to sell, or from the BOD regarding the SP, ODEY or the Microsoft deal would be welcome 7am Monday!!

All my own opinion on how I see things at the monent.

I'm not sure, as I was out , but those trades at 4.19pm are they actually buys or sells and the spread had just shortened so it let people get out at 0.17p instead of 0.15p??

I know there marked as blue buys but that means nothing on this system and it seems a very low buy price as they wanted 0223p earlier in the day.

If they were buys it looks a good buy in price but NOT with a 66% spread still.

I don't think the MMs want to create any kind of marktet.

They are back to 66% on the close.

Not tempting at all, especially when we suspend Wednesday at 7.30am

It will be some spike Reardon95 if your figures and thoughts on the liquidation are correct and people can buy in on Tuesday for maybe 0.185p.

They have to suspend this time as is FCA policy when it goes to court.

Everyone will be witching for that red dot at around 11.30/12 to see if the court rejected it.

The BOD and Nomad here seem to be so clueless (look at the last vote they lost) it wouldn't suprise me if they haven't done the correct research or employed a decent enough lawyer to get this passed!

The problem is if it is passed I've about 3k in here at a low average but I don't want to just kiss it goodbye!
