The interested parties have withdrawn their interest!!

Of course they have so they can come back once the administrators have got involved and buy it for a few quid!

Now I thinks it's over for us as PIs BUT stranger things have happened and I guess if they are still trading as a company we may get some miracle news but I'm not holding my breath

Yes absolutely they used the famous line, no value or little value to shareholders.

This was when they were looking for a sale I believe and the SP was around 0.70p and I guess was end of May/June time.

There was a guessing game going on then as to how much this "little to value to shareholders was"

Then if you remember before the first vote they were saying about 0.20p per share if shareholders in this first vote had passed the insolvency.. which we voted against and we got a spike to 0.70p again.

It went to 0.17p and finished 0.22p on the Friday and the Monday it was 4 days away from a court appearance to let a judge decide if they could become voluntarily insolvent, even though twice share holders had voted against this.

The the RNS dropped that 2 new guys wanted to basically take over and look to do RTO with an unamed party.

The court case had to go ahead but the judge allowed the 2 new guys to take control and ITS as a shell continued.

OK so it was around 3.50p at this point but an RTO had to happen before mid September [I think was the date or they had to temporarily suspend.

The SP kept on dropping then rising in August but eventually went to around 1.50p before they RNS to say they had 2 parties interested in an RTO but nothing was certain and they had to suspend next day.

SP went to about 0.50p before ending on 0.77p them suspending and were it is now.

They have to March to find an RTO or it will not come out of suspension and it will delist immediately.

If they complete the RTO before March then it's ahyones gues what MCAP and SP will be.

I got out in July with a ridiculous profit as I bought at 0.21p the Thursday before the big Monday RNS.

It went to 5.50p but I was unfortunately out before then.

Hope that helps lol and we are non the wiser to how close the RTO is or if it will happen or who to.

Some you win and some you get too greedy and put money in even though you warn others against the share as you genuinely think there are too many red flags but still fancy a spike haha

You are correct for sure but myself and a few other greedy sods [sorry guys] didn't think for a second this was NOT going to admin I genuinely don't think. I certainly thought it would eventually but not before money was to be made... wow got that wrong.

It's all the AIM gamble which seems to be catching more and more out.

Only a couple here posted saying this company was too big to fail and directors were buying at blah blah.

Most knew that didn't matter but were here for a spike that never came.

I appreciate your knowledge in this area and I did read all your comments and I myself had said it was finished with all the red flags.

Unfortunately the gambler in me and my experience of these distressed shares expected a a spike.

Even though I am one of those clowns you mention I actually think you are correct.

The problem is we are chasing this ITS scenario and it hardly pays off anymore.

Hence why I am going to give it a break for a while.

I always post honestly and frankly and it's always my own opinion and I never encourage anyone to buy anything.

I've always enjoyed a gamble and it's paid well with many on here and fortunately when it doesn't work out I can afford to lose a few K.

SFE and the way it went in 24 hours and how stupid I was has made me decide to give AIM a break.

Don't bother GB he does it to every share. Have a quick skim of his history.

He hates to see people make money and loves it when it goes wrong.

I've just filtered him as arguing back [which I do] is pathetic too and they love it as nothing else to do in their lives clearly.

He even mentions ITS being suspended now,about 3 months the after we all made a fortune and got out because it makes him feel better to think we lose on all shares.

Look at out history is all I will say and me you and a few others are probably too honest stating when we buy and sell and how much etc.

Just curious as I'd notice you bought 5k worth at below 0.40p so I'm guessing you lost 10% or 500 quid if you sold at 0.35p

The price and yesterday's RNS seemed to mean it was worth a punt,that is all.

You said ITS was no good before lots of us made a fortune!

There were many many sells in the background yesterday ....so many buys printed especially around the 0.40/0.45p but it kept on dropping on only a few sells.

There was no hint suspension was imminent, which from my vast experience of these 'dead in the water shares' is a new one to me.

Yes we knew this was finished as an investment and it was a gamble BUT to suspend 24 hours later with the reason they gave after that update on a number of interested parties is unique to me.

As I say I'm leaving AIM alone.

Ps we are all big boys and girls and knew this was a gamble and I'm not looking for sympathy only stating the way this went in 24 hours was strange even for these type of distressed shares.

Not looked in for a while but the last time I did it was 0.16p.

With no news good or bad I'm amazed to see this SP now so bad.

Let's hope the next RNS is positive!!

With no news I can only guess investors are expecting a cash raise here so they have jumped ship BUT any raise will really struggle to be achieved with a MCAP of only 375k.

Clearly a background seller from 1 or more of the 9 funds who hold 40% between them!

They seem to want out at all costs never mind what the SP they get.

The spread is still only 6% and once the seller has gone it as SHOULD spike somewhat. The problem is if it gets top low any spike won't be enough for anyone buying In the 0.50s/0.40s today

Sorry 6 out of the 9 own over 3% so definitely a possibility of a TR1 which should give a boost from this low level.

I've had another 3.3k at 0.38p

Please please give us a half decent RNS SFE and keep that spread to 3% maximum

These 9 seem to own about 40% but only a couple own over the 3% needed for a TR1 and they don't own over 10% so if there is only 1 seller this should be over soon.
