Selling for 6p isn't exactly brilliant news BUT maybe there is a good valid reason that doesn't effect SND.

No dilution for share holders and we already have been told about delays etc and the SP was already priced to show this.

Before the news that the company was being investigated years ago.. say a month before... was there a ridiculous 55% I[n a month] or 34% [in 5 days) drop like this??

If not and they managed to keep that hidden and quiet...then this IMO will just be shorts taking advantage... if there was similar movement back before the investigation was announced then maybe more to worry about!

Looking at the date of the 28th and the % they dropped compared to a tiny rise from a couple and a few days ago... that's good news for the share

Most of these companies we are all familiar with that go bust like CINE, SFE, Mccols etc etc [I know different markets] but there is trading update and red flag after red flag.. this one hasn't given anything like that.

Only my opinion but I think it's the shorts taking advantage of the closed period and fear driving it down with PFC past history of problems and volitily
