That RNS yesterday has potential to be massive once more and more hospitals come on board [that's the rumour] and that will give constant business and will only enhance Genedrive name massively.

Unfortunately the price will drop to or very near to the placing price and depends on how many new shares are issued.

Even at only 10% more the natural drop is normally to the placing price.

Anyone in at this 6p mark and with all the good news we expect then I don't feel we have much to lose.

Hopefully for LTHs the placing is no lower than this now and then we see a steady rise throughout 2024

Not sure how true this is but will be a massive spike if it is correct and normally a rumour is enough to see an increase.

The Company's current cash balance is c. US$954k. This includes the proceeds of the NIS 1,000,000 short term loan from David Levi, CEO of Ethernity, details of which were announced on 26 October 2023.

Iucky he lent that 1 million or there wouldn't be a penny left in the pot by the sounds of it. Also short term loan indicates he will want it back soon.

I highlighted that point as its one one of the main reasons for an SP decline.

If they do a raise it won't be above the current SP at the time of the rise obviously....so that was the reason I said it will drop this current 2p SP

That's my opinion and I may well be wrong BUT any wording of a cash rise being needed in ANY company RNS doesn't normally lend favour to an SP increase.

For anyone who bought in at 16.50p u may get out at 18p with a small spike but as most here are in between 50p and 80p it's an absolutely awful RNS and no chance of this going anywhere near these prices with the news so bad today

Well it doesn't say administration is imminent so there is that BUT looks like dilution and there is clearly uncertainty is abound

Good luck Polio it once the shorts start to leave is the time to buy IMO unless there is a positive RNS BUT at 17p this is very tempting I admit.
