I am now in my 70,s. Aa a 60s child I remember summers being around 22 which then was very warm. These days some 60 years later the temperature is around 28 to 30 and on rare days even warmer. Personnalyvi have putvin solar panels which has saved the cost of power and bought my wife an electric car which whilst reducing our carbon footprint has saved us money. I am pleased now that I see more electric cars on roads and more solar panels being fitted.
Thankfully there are more people like me around as I try to help my grandchildren with producing less co2.
There will always be deniers. Thankfully the sensible majority in this issue can help even them.
Ned.
I just hope that when all said and done the longer term shareholders [indeed everyone] are given a divi for the support over the years. I first entered here in 2012 and never thought it would take this long. I felt 2017 was a crucial year.
Re SC. I agree with the post of some time ago. Its easy to make comments but none of us have any idea what he took over from the other 2 idiots and as we have found these things take time to rectify. Ned

Have a good weekend. Ned
Hi F79. Despite what has been said I personally feel any company NvS does business with wants a core business without baggage or issues. If they were thst keen after whst NvS said in Feb then the deal would have been done by now. The only thing in the way is Casa which ftom memory has been deferred twice. If its AAL and tey know whats there with a better deal than 2021 then there is a reason why it has not been completed and to me Casa is rhe possible reason.
Probably wrong just my view. I guess we will soon find out. Ned
Hi Slug.
You gave a good reply however always confused me that BHP as 1 shareholder with lots forced NM out when lots of little guys voted for him with more than they had.
Having said all that (water under the bridge) it gave me immense satisfaction and lanced the boil that was building when I wrote such a Corker which is something I rarely do. Good to know it's been passed around (with others) so I would like to think that it has pricked a few ears with the agm coming. As someone once said of the brits...get mad rhen write a letter
Perhaps we should all do it!! Ned
Won,t repeat that but made it abundantly clear I was very unhappy with the current boards performance, lack of news, worse share price than last year and the salaries they recieve for what we have had over the last 12 months.
As said at least he replied and advised them to read some of the posts on this board. Ned
Well I started this journey in 2013 like a number of others. Like everyone else a sense of frustration has grown over the last 12 months. I have sent 2 snorters to Fawzi with no reply (no surprise there rhen) and I would like to give the bod a b... y nose.
Having read various posts and the hannan note perhaps It would contribute to my own downfall if I voted as my anger and frustration would like me to. SO despite the fact I would like to bin them all I will give them and the new chappie one more year so will go with the board as much as it grieves me to say this. After all rhis time one more year is not much to give and IF they find another tier 1 then that will impact on the sp i hope in a favourable way. Ned
