Boards like this aren’t useful for measuring “general sentiment” IMV. The mechanics of the way they are maintained and censored means they end up rampers paradises - unless the stock is going right down the pan...

Perhaps a moot point, but you can’t distinguish between sentiment towards the company or sentiment towards what the charts indicate.

They cannot be the same thing

you are buying selling on sn indicator you don’t care what the sentiment us towards the company.

The company acts as merely a vector for the charts in that case

If we have a 10% blue day I would hope that was indicative of something tangibly positive happening for the underlying company, not simply because the charts might say we’re due a blue day

The point of the thread is to illustrate that tactically he is often wrong about the stock, as illustrated, and his making a benign, obvious comment, that we are waiting on the LFD CV, would not cause an instantaneous spike/rerate of the stock.

I think there’s an emotional deficiency. The abusers come on here to effectively buy into ramps. It makes them feel good regarding their investment. If they read anything which goes against that narrative they spit the dummy - literally.

Bottm - I see you’re having a run-in with one of the twerps of the board. Filter him as I did yonks ago, is my advice.

Clearly, he’s a shrewd investor, but making a general tweet about the LFD being due does not exert some mystical power over the SP. It was just a reiteration of what we all know, and that’s how it was intended, yet I’ve seen several posters on here refer to “the tweet” in reverential tones

Maybe in years to come it will form part of the Avacta legend, though its name will never be spoken ....
