I'm thinking that they're trying to clear the decks prior to the Nasdaq listing - all of the bad news/ provisions in the public realm now - no more nasty surprises. They've tried to re-assure with the 2023 forecasts and on track for further (double digit) growth - sales and profit. Also, at the reduced SP, more of the existing shares being sucked up in the current buyback.

Positives -
double digit growth, profit with exceptions removed.
Appears that perseris will start to make a significant contribution over the next few years $200-300 million NR.
They already appear to have 2023 forecasts in this year's and all looks reasonable - on track.
Nasdaq listing still planned this year.
$900 million reserves

Negatives

Litigation - And it looks like they're trying to mediate rather than fight based on very recent (end Jan discussions).
Slowing of growth in Europe
Suboxone slowing - but we knew this would happen

A mixed bag and the market has reacted predictably negatively on the news.

You'd hope/ suspect that they will at least hit market expectations, if not surpass.
In readiness for the US listing later this year, and all the opportunities that holds.
I'm glad I've held, and added. Hope I'm right to be this optimistic!

Any LTHs considering adding? I will at 1875p should it go that low.

I'm in at these levels. Share price is massively oversold. A well run company, always has been, with decent working practices, low staff turnover etc. I would expect the price to recover to the 150p mark next year, if not sooner but I'm prepared to long term hold if necessary, add on the dips and take advantage of the dividends.

I'm in at 36p. Decent long -term prospects. But Peter Butterfield must not be allowed to return. Over promising and under delivering is the exact opposite of what they should have been doing, and expectations of picking up orders off the back of a recovery in the market rather than having concrete orders actually placed is again very poor form. Whoever comes in needs to be far more conservative with forecasts - and realistic.

Double digit growth last 9 or 10 quarters but only 3% of the market. The message is loud and clear on this conference call - they're only scratching the surface and the potential is enormous!

Wonder what kind of numbers would be considered good enough to sustain the recent good run?

Over the last 4 or 5 quarterlies we've had a similar trend - good run up to results followed by a steady drop. I'm hoping for that trend to end!!

I've e mailed investor relations about this as they stated on their last investor conference call and in H2 report that the EGM would take place in September, but we still don't have the date. I've received no response as yet.

Anyone else have any further information about this?

Steady if unspectacular progress. Market has reacted accordingly. Going to be interesting to see on the call later how the Board reacts to

1. Rest of World decline. Blip or a trend? Are they going US all out and ROW reduced priority with planned US listing?

2. Profits reduced obv at expense of getting turnover and sublocade perseris established. Are they flatlining or another surge in profits, if so when?

3. Aspiration to turn over 1 billion fy. When do they anticipate this to occur, particularly with negative headwinds on ROW and suboxin?

4. Sept EGM to sanction US listing. More details pls.

Good opportunity to top up, particularly if it goes down another 10p or so. The real fireworks won't be until the New Year when hopefully they'll get additional US listing. Until then, there will be peaks and troughs - so buy in the troughs! GLA.

In terms of the timescales for the additional US listing - it would be put to the vote to shareholders in September this year and the listing would not take place until April/ May 2023.

Okay, well I've listened to a LOT of these with Indivior over the years. And by far, this was the most bullish that I've heard from them. They are more than confident of achieving year end targets, including Perseris (which was challenged on the call).

As the opioid crisis continues, so does the demand and currently only c 20% of patients are receiving the treatment they need. Cross floor US political resolution to address these. The political will is there, and Indivior are very much at the forefront of the challenge.

M&A - although not in the pipelines this year, are certainly on the radar - suggested next year. And all the while - driving shareholder value and growth is the top of the agenda.

Looks like even more good times ahead for shareholders.

Not as stellar a set of results as I was hoping for. Actually pleasantly surprised at the SP resistance this morning!

Flat lined on comparison Q1 profit. Guess the positives are the buyback, the increase in sales nearly doubled on like for like Q1 sublocade. Perseris just about wiping its feet now.

And the potential move to list in US in Sept - that will be the game changer for me on the SP, if it happens.

Good to know you're live and well BetterX and still heavily invested here. I took your advice and went in again at 240p so all looking good here for us LTHs! Will have a look at PFC. I've been involved in the construction industry for 30 years and the old adage "turnover for vanity, profit for sanity" is the one to follow in that sector. I've always like T Clarke and Rotork for that exact reason. PFC is clearly more risky but I am certainly not risk averse if the business case looks good long term!

Haven't heard from him on this board recently. One of the great INDV stalwarts/ cheerleaders over the years. Hoping he's kept the faith!

Okay - they've got until 4pm tomorrow when they have the investor call to get their story straight. The resignation of the non exec director today due to health reasons. The finance director going last week. Explain please - the market is clearly spooked.

Numbers look better than anticipated? Market was expecting $757M rev and $147M pre tax profit.

Looks like it's $791M and 213M (or $187M adjusted). Sounds good to me!

Also, considering an additional US listing of the shares to increase exposure. Again, sounds promising.

Hope so. Last year, they advance warned (Jan 21) that they'd be exceeding market expectations prior to results announcement. They haven't this time, so I'm assuming (hoping) that they're at least "in line".
