Couple of points, last weeks rns seemed very good to me, confirmed strong Copper grades and more importantly confirmed we have gold there just as CB had suspected! This is very significant when you consider the size of the potential tenement area. Why such a flat reaction then? Well to my mind it was because of the wording of the rns, it WAS flat, no trumpeting of the grades or the presence of Gold it just stated the facts in a very matter of fact even humdrum manner. Now the question you should ask is why? There's no doubting this was good news and with the size of the tenement potentially very good news but look at our market cap and the very early stage we're at with these assets containing world class Copper grades at a time when everyone is looking to secure future commodity supplies. Colin is no fool and has been in this game a long time. That rns was deliberately toned down in my opinion.
As for todays early drop, well they did the same on Friday down around 11% for most of the day but finished even. Didn't get enough cheap shares? Drop it further today. The Mankayan deal is coming and these thieving MM's want their fill for when they take it up when the news lands. Either that or someone has put in a very large order that's proving hard to fill.
Take all this with a pinch of salt. I'm not trying to convince anyone but these are my genuine beliefs. It's tough to make money on AIM for a reason. Just remember we have great assets, some with world class Copper grades and we have Gold confirmed now with a huge area to be tested. PADYOR.
