I've just checked out the chart as it's the end of a good week for UOG. As far as I can see the only horizontal resistance is already broken. There's one minor trendline resistance that needs to fall next week then we may get a quick retest of that level but then it's blue sky as far as the shareprice is concerned. Looks very promising for holders here.

Bobby right now I'd take 60p too! My average is 57p, would feel like a massive win after a long wait. Of course if we do sort proper funding out to take us to actual mining then I'd wait for a lot more.

The day to day fluctuations of a tiny AIM miner should not concern you. If they cause distress you're in the wrong sector and the wrong market (AIM).

Look at the assets, decide what they COULD be worth and build a position around that while the price is going nowhere. Then wait.

Of course you need an element of luck as with most things in life but with many different assets covering different metals / resources and with a well connected ceo who's been around the block we have more than a decent chance that one or more of our assets will be the catalyst for a huge price rise at some point as we head into this commodities bull period or possible new supercycle.

I'd take the pound now every time!. The opportunity cost of four extra years is huge, plus the uncertainty that goes with it...

Seems a lot of optimism around last few days I hope it isn't misplaced. Until something positive is officially rns'ed I'll stay in the cautious camp. We've had many be overly, some might say naively optimistic before only to be made to look foolish weeks, months, years later...

There are many plusses to be found here. We will have almost guaranteed steady growth through Egypt for what, the next 5-7 years? Then we have Jamaica, everyone knows how big that could be for us. Just to get a partner on board will boost the shareprice massively. If we hit oil it will be like injecting nitro into the shareprice. The thing is even if let's say worst case scenario we don't even manage to secure a partner. We still have that superb Egyptian growth year on year alongside our other projects and anything else the team can take advantage of. So for me this feels like a safe place for my money with tremendous medium term returns but with the potential, if Jamaica comes good, of life changing returns.

I think given the fact that the markets generally look 12-18 months ahead 6p even right now is way too cheap. With 30+ targets to go after and a drill to production time of about 2 months per target alongside other assets we could be looking at 5 production uplifts per year as the norm. I think a double digit shareprice is already warranted.

The difference between huge companies like antofagasta and tiny aim minnows is the leverage effect you get with those minnows. If Copper (and other metals) continue to rise for a multi year supercycle any mining stock will benefit but the small companies that get funding from a big partner to go on to mine themselves are where life changing amounts are made. There are many small AIM mining companies that have amazing potential, they're who we are fighting with at the moment for investors backing not the majors.

If that is what they're doing, I approve, Copper is hot right now and the foreseeable with China ramping up production and EV's coming to the fore. Anything that helps get us noticed is good coz there's a lot of competition out there for investees!
