I have had twenty years of this constant "next year Rodney" and £70k down. They will not get another penny from me. If the company has so much potential, as spouted by all the kidders, why has there been no bigger players looking to buy the company? Most of the board must be on the verge of retirement. They are probably in Spain/ Portugal looking at big shinny villas as we speak. Just one more cash grab and they can get a bigger swimming pool. Rant over.
Www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk. Sorry I don't know how to cut /paste. . Interview on the 3rd Dec 2023. with Jason Miles. Reason for todays rise, plus good news all round.
After 20 years and 70 k invested over time @ 43p. 20p 12p 5p they will not get another dime from me. Heard it all before time and time again. next quarter, next year, lono, poc, etc etc. The board must be getting near retirement, they care about your investment simply because it's paying for their lifestyle. Rant over.
I was one of the victims of the 42p days about 19-20 years ago, and the 20p days and the 12p days and the 4.5 p days. Not jumping for joy yet but, but 21p would be enough to recoup my losses. I am nearly 70 so can't wait another 20 years. Things are looking up, but they always did.
Where dose Indigo post his messages ???
Been here since the 42.5p days in 2013. Topped up all the way down 20p, 9p 4.5p. on the belief of jam tomorrow. No point in selling, but I am running out of time for the BIG if/when DAY arrives, as are most of the QFI board I should imagine.
Been here 13/14 years since 42p days. I am 69 now and probably don't have that much time left. Got 70k odd invested in this stock (my fault only, listened to bull**** over the years, trying to average down along the way) Have not lost all hope yet, but I know they will not be getting another dime out of me. Will I be fit enough to drive my big shinny Range Rover if/when this stock actually dose something.
I am not de-ramping or ramping. Just for the record. I paid 42.5 p. 2013, 12.11 p. 2015, 20.02 p. 2017, 9.64p 2018, 4.55p. 2019. I know today prospects look good/better for QFI. (no contracts signed) but so did. Golf Keystone Petroleum, Tethys Petroleum, Bula Resources, Sound Energy, Sterling Energy, etc, they all tanked ! They were all going to make us well -off. DYOR. It's all a gamble don't bet what you can't afford to lose. I would be more than happy with 50p by year end, but I am not holding my breath. Good luck all.
I have over 900,000. shares in QFI purchased over the last 12 years at different prices, the majority are rapped in my ISA's. One of my ISA accounts with II investor has allocated me 22102 new shares in the rights issue, the cost for these new shares is £596.75. But I have been told that I am maxed out on my ISA and I can't add any money to this account to pay for the new shares. Any suggestions ????
Thanks in advance.

Aquired at different times over 10+ years. 42p, 20p 9p 4p £15,000 worth each time. Be very happy if it reached 50p.
I paid 45p in 2013, for QFI. Since 2013 I have topped up @ 21p, 12p 4.5p. All on potential new contracts and forthcoming good news, MAERSK, KSA, Morocco, etc. Non of which has materialised. The only reason I am posting this message is for the vulnerable punters, not to believe all you read on these boards. 25 years investing on the AIM market has taught me to believe that there are a lot of Triggers out there. I could have been a millionaire Del Boy!!
I read that T-10 has 14% or 17% chance of success. Same as the last failed drill. T-9. So don't hold out too much hope.
AIM is not for the needy, we are all chancers waiting for the big lucky one.
Kids have grown up so I can get pissed tonight without the worry of getting woken at the crack of dawn. Would I rather have the kids back and be woken at the crack of dawn. You bet. Money is not the be-all of life.
Happy Xmas uall.

I paid 42. p then .12p. then 20p then .06p. a total of about £50K over the years. Purchased these on the prospects of Maersk, KSA, etc. They are now asking me to buy at .025 p on the prospect of a Major entering the scene. What , where and who is the Major. They are not getting another penny of mine until I get firm assurances from QFI, not peoples guesses as to what will happen in the future. Been here too many times with AIM.
As I have said I am losing £KKs so not bashing the company just warning folks to think before jumping.
Afraid I have been here more times than would like. I have 50K invested in QFI rapped up in a ISA. I do not expect to see any returns. Hope I am wrong of course. AIM is a mugs game. Over 30 years I have invested in speculative stocks like QFI, Gulf Keystone Petroleum, Tethys Petroleum, Sterling Energy, Sound energy, etc, etc, etc, the list go's on. Not 'One' has made me any money. Heard all the pumpers and bashers before, many times over and over again. All to no avail. So unless you mix with the rich, who get all the information and advise from their friends and associates. ( one of my rich clients invested in Hiscox Insurance 30 yeras ago at 32p. it is now over £16.) Leave AIM well alone. My advice would be to leave it to the professionals, you will not earn mega bucks but your money would be a lot safer, investing in blue-chip companies which pay a decent dividend. Could have been a millionaire Rodders !!
