With next to no liquidity, the algos have maintained this level for around 12months, something will give very soon and a clear breakout will happen.

All the indicators are there for a big move up.

Could an interested party even build a position, we will quickly find out with the price action. I.e. hoover everything up, upto say 150p, and then make a respectable offer over £2.

Remember Hotel Choclat at £1, and quickly got bought out for £3.75.

In 2023, FGS generated $465m (£374m) of net sales, $90m (£72m) headline EBITDA

They just achieved 3.7x revenue multiple And 19x EBITDA multiple.

S4 on any deal would have to be many many multiples

As Google being one of if not the biggest client of S4 Capital, no one knows the capabilities of S4 better than Google.

I would not be surprised if Google snaps up S4 down the line.

If you check LinkedIn, Sir Martin did an interview with Google a few weeks back, his interview has been posted 100s of times by senior Google staffers in the last few weeks, more than a dozen times in the last 24hrs alone. You would think S4 is already owned by Google 🙈

SMS is the one of the great deal makers, when the crunch comes, I'm sure everyone will be delighted.

As the WPP deal highlighted yesterday, based on revenues, S4 should be valued over £4.50 🤑

Absolute classic LSE market. Had absolute zero upside with the AI pump in the last 12 months, however when the AI dump came surely enough, S4/THG etc got dragged down with it, you just cannot make it up. What is the point of an efficient market.

IMO US listing as previously talked about or Merger with another company. Takeover will have to be at £2.50-£3 minimum. With SMS anything is possible, he is a deal maker, must have made hundreds of M&A deals in his career.

LSE is totally dead, there is no liquidity, volumes are non existent, just £60k worth of shares traded so far today, for a £300m+ company 😂 sometimes you think what is the point. Not just S4, you see it across the board.

80-90% of shareholders are just at on the shares not even remotely thinking of selling anywhere down here, they are looking at multiples in the months to come.

Which leaves a few traders and shorters with their algo bots. The current price has absolutely no reflection on the value of the business. M&A and it would be £2.50+.

IMO improve performance, macro changes, a deal will be struck at many multiple from here.

Was at £2.50 only last Feb, once it swings, things will change very quickly.
