"UTMOST CONVICTION", "SHOULD BE Β£10", "50% UNDERVALUED", "I will be here in 3 years and witness the same price action that banks witnessed as rate were hiked" LMAO
Literally the Utmost conviction totally vanished in a few days, then talking about 3 years LOL!! Ignore all the FUD from the poster, flip flops day to day, always DYOR. Plenty of snakes on these boards, totally despise them. They went from the best company in the world, to the worst in a just a few weeks, must a be a record π€£π€£ when traders sell why do they become so bitter!
Just read his/her posts from a few weeks back since they created the account......

UTMOST CONVICTION OF VISTRY IN 2025
9 Dec 2024 17:38
What a beautiful close that was.
Now imagine the price action when Vistry continues to deliver and grow towards their Β£800m medium term operating profit in 2025.
There is no reason why Vistry cannot pump to Β£10+ in 2025 as Vistry regain investor confidence.
Similar to how banks were the obvious beneficiary of rate hikes (see Natwest near-100% YTD gain) in 2023/2024, housebuilders will be the go-to trade in 2025 off the back of rate cuts.
Remember brits, unlike our US-counterparts, tie most of their wealth in their homes; as the BOE cuts rates, demand for housing will exceed the ATHs that we are already at.
Remember the only way housing inflation can remain low as the BOE cuts, is for the government to incentivise housebuilders to build more new homes. Inflation will not be in the interest of governments in 2025 else they risk another inflation crisis.
Now concerning the recent bid rumours of Β£10+, the only reason why mgmt haven't been entertaining such offer is because they believe their shares are worth much worth and consequently they have conviction in their long their growth trajectory.
What should be a fair multiple once they attain their Β£800m operating profit goal and once they return Β£1b+ to shareholders? A 10x multiple (Β£8b market cap)? 8x multiple (Β£6b market cap)?
We are over 50% undervalued.
I will be here in 3 years and witness the same price action that banks witnessed as rate were hiked.
Cheers to a beautiful 2025 and 2026.
See you on the other side
