If Carlsberg did a mining deal, I don't think they would have been able to top this. Many still cannot comprehend what SD pulled off.
Havieron - 100% ownership, as discussed, its a world class deposit in every sense, the FS will blow the doors off, resource will expanded.
Telfer - 100% ownership, instantly producing
509k ounces of gold as stockpiles, worth circa $1.7 billion on its own.
Telfer could potentially have 10 million plus ounces remaining, barely scratched the surface yet.
Telfer 20Mtpa processing facility. How much would this cost to build? All the risks associated? The time it would have taken? This cannot be underestimated.
As one of the largest processing facilities in Australia, as SD says, they have a monopoly in the region.
ZERO DEBT. This also cannot be underestimated. Purchase could have been done with debt, i am so glad they did it without, yes there are more shares, I dont care. Having no debt is a master stroke. A very rare commodity in todays world.
World class BOD and management team. The experience they bring from Northern Star is immense, they have done this multiple times. They will know all the movers and shakers before the ASX listing. Also like SD the connections they have.
Let's face it AIM is dead. ASX listing will propel us in the big leagues. Index funds and large pension funds who invest billions in the Australian mining space, I am certain SD will have already spoken to them all, he will know most of them. He will have made them all tonnes of money with Northern Star, so will be an easy sell, basically just back the winning horse again.
Ownership. More than 50% is now owned by institutional and some very big hitters like Andrew Forrest. Its simply a case of grabbing the left over golden tickets.
And now in a position where we are producing, cashflows will be £500m+ annually, and no gap in production before Hav comes online. In RNS, in black and white.
And Telfer and Hav have massive scope for expansion and growth, as the company have already stated in the RNS's, and people like Bamps have been telling us. SD has previously stated 30 Million Ounces 🤯
Plenty of surprises along the way. IMO we will also see dividends alot quicker than many think, something announced in H2 25, especially as the gold price continues 📈
Genuine LTH's are in for a hell of a ride. Ignore any noise. As each milestones passes, broker targets will continue to 🚀. As always big money will be made in the waiting.
